The Car Group Arvostelua

Avoid impossible to get speak to anyone I bought a car on the 8th of June px they have still not settled the fianace on the car I px so am having to make payment on the car leaving me out of pocket £790 up to now. Taking it further with the fca.
Update. After the above review the car group payed the outstanding finance the day after all sorted now and money owed to me payed back by motonova who were great.

Thanks addy, for your support in taking our car. Appreciated

Absolutely amazing experience from Diana, sorted my insurance and the finalising of my new car. she made the process of buying a car the easiest! Thankyou so much!

Thank you Diana you sort all my car ,expensive job.

I picked up my car from the car group and Addy went over and above to make sure I was happy with the car and the little issue was fixed before I came to check the car. Addy made sure was delivered to my house when I told him I could not come and pick up the car.

I had one of the best experiences with in The car group shop. Everything was made easy with Addy from the scratch to the finish regarding buy my new car. All i did was sign the paperwork...Customer service was superb. I will definitely recommend The car group car shop to families and friends. I am so so happy 😊 and satisfied 😌

Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. After sales is non existent. Vehicle broke down within warranty period. 30 minutes to over 1 hour on hold every time, I tried to call them. They then say they are busy and will call back but never do. Ignored all emails sent. £15,000 spent and the most frustrating experiences of my life. It cost me £500 to fix the engine fault that happened just days after buying the car. No reply to emails and invoices sent. These people are exactly why used car places have a bad reputation.

Thank you hamidreza and alireza for your help to choose best car. Everything was wonderful.

Diana made the whole process so simple from a transaction point of view. The buying of the new car and selling of the old car. Thank you for your help

Friendly experience and transaction with Diana, would highly recommend.

We had a great hand over with Diana who even sorted out the retention of our private reg.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and stress free experience.
A big thank you to Addy for all your help sorting out my new car

This is my first car bought with the help of this company. It was a wonderful experience with Alireza and his colleagues. We were greeted with hospitality and given concrete and clear answers regarding the cars they had in stock and more. We were shown many cars, from basic to luxury. I recommend with confidence!
Thank you alireza

I enquired about an Audi Q7 and Adam was attentive, helpful and put up with me asking loads of questions about the vehicle. I was nervous about buying a vehicle without having seen it as I would have had to had it delivered but Adam put my mind at ease. Unfortunately I didn’t end up purchasing from The Car Group in the end (it was only the colour of the car!) but I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others. Thanks very much

The car groups overall process was amazing. I managed to finance and drive away with my car within 2 days! Special thanks to Diana’s help I was able to get insured right away and was on my way!
