I ordered a cutout of my mum and dad for a family dinner. It was for my dad's 85th birthday. Unfortunately he was not well enough to fly over from Ireland and attend with my mum, but wanted the family to go ahead and have the dinner in their absence. I thought this would be a fun way to at least have a hint of their presence at the table and it went down a storm. My order was ready within 4 days and upon receipt, I couldn't have been happier with it. Nathan was very helpful too. It certainly went down well with the rest of the family on the day and was a great conversation piece with the staff in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this company and they would be my go to if I need something similar in the future. Absolutely loved it!

They went above and beyond to help me out with a cardboad cut out of my late mum who requested a rather bonkers celebration of life party. I couldn’t be happier than with the service provided here. I ordered a cardboard cutout for a christmas present and I ordered too late to get it before Christmas, which was totally my fault as it was clearly stated on the website. I rang the customer service number and spoke to the lovely man in charge who first of all offered a refund (even though it was my fault), but when I asked if I could come pick it up because it was too late for him to send it, he went in 2 days before Christmas to make the cutout for me so I could pick it up before Christmas. The cutout is perfect and just what I wanted it to be, but the service here was unbelievable and it saved me for Christmas!!!!! Thank you so much and would massively recommend ordering from here.
