My overall experience was positive.

It WAS A Long process..About 4 To 5 hours..BUT I Did Walk Out With A car..BUT I Jus FEEl For THE Price Of A Reg Car Note. .they could of helped me get the car I wanted..I like the fact triple a comes with it..I'm blessed to have a car..not fully satisfied. .hopefully they will keep their word and let me trade in 6 months..the salesmen r really nice tho..good luck

Don't go their. I made an mistake going their wasting my time and money.

The Car Champs are exactly that. I make a good living but my credit sucks right now. I must have a car for my job. Gabrielle was great & got me into a BMW that rides like its on glass. Joe is all about coming up with affordable solutions. Joe and Gabrielle made it happen. The head of their service department ( Sorry Dude I forgot your name) is honest and kind. Makes sure your vehicle is stellar! Joe Raymond is about finding affordable solutions! Thank you The Car Champs Norco. Thank you Wes :-)

Check engine light came on two weeks after I got the vehicle. Took it back so they can fix it and they put the wrong part on my truck. Still have not fixed the problem. Then they tell you that you can get free oil change I went to the location they sent me to and they said that they do not do business with car champs. I called over 30 times and no one ever picks up the phone. Only thing I can say good about them is they give you a free AAA membership. I will be returning my truck too many issues with the truck and the company

First of all when you ask for the price of the car I was told that since its a lease he didnt have an actual cost but yet he was able to tell me the pay off at the end of the leade

This was my first time buying a car off the lot
I went in and spoke with poncho he was very helpful
He made me feel like I was coming out a winner
He said in gonna get u in the best car possible and guess what he did
I told him what I was looking for and he said don't worry I got u
I want to thank him for his hard work I know I'm a hard person to deal with but he got threw

Don't get me wrong. Car Champs really helped me out. But when we needed to refinance our vehicle we got the run around. I called twice to confirm that the East LA office was available to do the refinance. We drove 1 1/2 hours from our home to take care of this. And after calling when we were already on our way was told we needed to make an appt. Called again and was told that there was someone that will be able to help us when we arrived. Upon arriving this gentleman said who did you speak to...of course I didn't get names. Thus began an hour wait...we finally spoke to one woman that was very helpful and unfortunately told us that we would need to drive to the Norco office. We would receive a gas card for our trouble.
Arrived at Norco spoke to office manager he assured us that we would have a short visit. 2 1/2 hours later we finished...when asking about gas card was told they do not have them to give out. Need to call on Monday...
Please need to improve
1. Have someone answering the phone that knows all information about company
2. Be honest from the start
3. Granted we need you but you also need us as customers, so make us feel important

Salesmen were so awesome listened to my needs and adressed everyone I have referred many ppl to them and hope they take advice

My experience at the Norco Car Champs was so positive and easy and simple. Never have I just walked in they had everything ready for me I negotiated over the phone first and we for their it was quick simple and we drive off in our BMW a Valentines gift for my husband

I was very apprehensive at first, because it wasn't a big selection to choose from. But, after considering a car that I wouldn't otherwise had chosen, I'm perfectly happy about my new car! It was a reason I wasn't faced with alot to choose from, GOD knew thay too many choices sometimes cause us to make the WRONG choice! Thanks for the food Bro, Holt. and Poncho was great!

The customer service was good and everyone made sure I was taken care of.
