Fast, efficient and brilliant😁. I’d ordered this bed from another company, a few dollars cheaper on their sale, and had nothing but problems.
From Brooklyn, not only was the service excellent but the bed came with care instructions, etc.
Lesson learned - go DIRECTLY to Brooklyn. It’s worth every penny.

I am very pleased that I found this company. I had a query before buying my dog bed and it was answered very quickly. I bought the bed and it has been the best bed I have bought in this style. My greyhound immediately lay down on it and it is her favourite place, other then my bed !! Thank you Brooklyn Pet Beds.

Fast delivery, my dog loves it

My dogs love their new bed. So do I. I tried it!!! It’s deep and soft and cuddly and the “stuffing” does not compact down with use. The bed is heavy so it doesn’t skitter around when they turn around three times. They disappear into the fluff. The bed is absolutely sumptuous.

Great service, great product. Second time purchasing. My dog loves it and looks very comfortable when in it.

I have sat on this review for a few months, but these beds have only gotten worse.
The donut bed is not a plush product, it’s far from it.
The whole thing is stuffed with a chunky type fill that clumps together. The website images show a beautiful plush looking bed, but this is the exact opposite of what they’re like in real life.
The cover of the bed is no better; it is a very thin and it will easily tear in no time. If the cover gets wet, it just seeps through onto the inner cushion layer immediately, that’s how thin the fluffy cover is.
The bed does not retain its shape and my dogs are constantly trying to scratch at it to get it comfortable (which is something they never had to do with their previous donut beds). Honestly, do not waste your money as there are better products for less (my dogs have a $20 donut bed from Kmart that is better quality than these are). Sadly, I purchased 2 beds and an additional cover which is basically a waste, I wish I'd never bothered with these beds.
The whole thing is made of cheap horrible fabrics that give a very plastic feeling. I cried when I opened these beds to assemble them because I’d been sucked in by the website images and clever marketing techniques.

They only thing is that I feel the size rating was maybe not what I needed. He firs it but maybe should of got next size up. Product and service great.

I am extremely disappointed with both this product and the customer service I received.

I purchased a 2XL Deep Sleep Bed after carefully reviewing Brooklyn's sizing guide. My dog weighs 28 kg, which is approximately 10 kg above the minimum recommended weight for this size according to their website. Despite following the sizing recommendations exactly, the bed simply did not work for my dog.

The centre cushion did not adequately fill the sleeping area, leaving gaps between the centre and bolster that caused my dog to sink into unsupported areas. In my opinion, the bed was not suitable for a dog within the advertised weight range, which led me to believe there was either a sizing or product design issue.

I raised these concerns with the company and provided detailed explanations, photos, and video evidence. Despite this, Brooklyn maintained that the bed was functioning exactly as intended and would not acknowledge any issue with the sizing recommendations.

The return policy was another major frustration. While returns are technically accepted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In my case, the shipping quotes I received were between $80 and $100, which was close to the value of the bed itself. This made returning the product financially impractical.

After weeks of back-and-forth communication and providing extensive documentation of my concerns, the company's final offer was a 25% refund if I donated the bed to a charity.

What disappointed me most was not the refund amount itself, but the complete unwillingness to acknowledge that a customer who followed the sizing guide exactly could still end up with a product that was not suitable for their dog.

If you're considering purchasing from Brooklyn, I would strongly recommend being very cautious about relying on the sizing guide and fully understanding the potential cost of return shipping before placing an order.

Update: Yes, Brooklyn Pet Beds did offer several resolutions as they stated. The $60 they are referring to was a discount if I purchased another bed from them (a more expensive option that would require me to spend about another $200 and take a chance on the company again). The partial refund they are referring to amounted to $25 (when I had spent $130 on the original bed). Not once did they address the sizing guide issue. I have since found photos on their Instagram page that advertise the 2XL bed and are made to look a lot smaller than what it is in reality with a much smaller dog in the picture. Disappointing how misleading this experience has been. They also did let me know the quote they received through to ship the return through Canada Post was $60. I am not sure how small they think the bed can be compressed for shipping, but after getting multiple quotes, the cheapest I was able to find was over $80.

My dog likes the bed but I have seen better at other dog stores for cheaper. Disappointed in the fabirc quiliaty and amount of cushioning. Central sleeping area bunches and there is not much padding at all. I wouldn’t buy again

Our dog absolutely loves the bed, sleeps through the night and even goes back to bed when he's been out for his morning toilet. We are pretty happy humans!

This is our second Brooklyn bed as our dogs loved the first one. Now we have for the lounge and bedroom.
The dogs always look so comfortable especially with the pillow sides.

Great speedy shipping. Very happy with removable cover makes washing and drying that much easier! Pup is so stoked on her bed she rather that then sleeping on my bed I'm almost shocked.

Bed is amazing, have actually bought two the same so got one at beach too. My Betty loooooves them and they are thick, soft and comfortable as I have fallen asleep beside her some nights.

Prompt delivery, easy setup, dogs loved it right from the start! My beagle with back problems is especially happy with it.

The bed design and support are good, but I was disappointed with the durability of the outer cover. After washing, a hole developed, and once the inside became exposed, the damage worsened quickly. The bed is now no longer usable. I hope the company can improve the material quality and help customers in situations like this.
