Website show in stock but actual is not and refund finally.

Just wasted my time and chance . Otherwise I can buy it in other online shop same day.

Purchase made on 23/11/2020. Online tracking shows that it was delivered on the 05/12/2020 when I was abroad. My signature was forged by someone. Thebikelounge refuses to assist and in fact went even further:

"Thank you for your email.
Good luck in the pursuit of your legal advice.

'' If you think that committing a criminal offence by forging ones signature can be excused by current circumstances than you are highly mistaken''
Please take this matter up with Royal Mail.

I am in charge."

That was an answer I received from someone called Verity as they refused to sign any of their emails.
Well I did get some legal advice and will follow up once I'm back in the UK. Additionally last week I spoke to another employee and I asked for the management to call me back. I'm still waiting. Highly unprofessional from my experience.

Excellent service and delivery times. Good quality Giordana clothing, very well made. I was very impressed with the Rudy project Strym helmet too... The most comfortable helmet I've used and I have giro, kask and met, this is better and looks better on a larger head.

Good range. Ordered a few things. One ended up out of stock, but Verity was on the case and she phoned to agree a substitution. So all went well.

Web site is very clear, and my order was dispatched quickly.

Ordered some socks for my son, who says they are very comfortable.They arrived fast and on time. Did have a slight problem with 1 pair which had a very small hole in, I took a photo sent that off in a email, got a reply straight and a new pair sent immediately without any hassle. Great service.
