Ordered a resistance band set. Very rapid delivery but they arrived without any accompanying information booklet, no indication of the individual bands resistance weight and a poor door anchor strap. Considerably more expensive than other sets that I ordered but never arrived and inferior in quality.

bestmart.com and bestmart.co.uk domain names are currently available for sale so this review is probably superfluous.

My wife purchased a pair of boots (Order No. 41268) which turned out to be too small for her by half a size. After much difficulty in trying to communicate with the seller we sent them back to the return address on the Royal Mail tracked postage delivery label Y&G F2P, UNIT 8 TRIDENT WAY, SOUTHALL UB2 5LF which is probably a shared facility or accommodation address. We enclosed a copy of the order along with a request for a refund but several weeks later there's been no response and the website address are no longer in use. In an earlier email my wise was informed that she must return the goods to China but that would have cost as much as the boots with little likelihood of any refund judging by the complaints in Trustpilot for various 'bestmart' identities.

I wish I would have Googled the name of this fraudulent seller before I clicked on "Buy" button via a Facebook ad and bought the winter boots!!! I will never ever buy anything via a Facebook ad - such a lesson learnt!

The boots cannot be closed properly as the closing strap is totally non-adjustable! A very bad design fault.

I've been in communication with their Customer Service rep called Anna Alyssa since the boots arrived at the end of November. I asked them to provide me with the pre-paid returns label as on their website under the topic "Why The BestMart?" they clearly state that they provide FREE RETURNS as one of the reasons to shop with them.

I was told that in order to get the refund I would need to return the boots to an address in China AT MY OWN EXPENSES!!! Despite the fact that they promise FREE RETURNS to their potential customers on their own website!!!

So with no sensible responses received directly from the seller, I then contacted PayPal as I paid via them.

Their response - I will need to return the boots to the address which is officially registered with PayPal and then I get the refund. I would need to pay for the postage however PayPal would give me a £15 credit towards the shipping costs.

Well, I've just looked at the shipping cost for that weight and size packet to China - it would be in the area of £35-50!!!

I am not going to pay anymore to anybody to resolve this issue.

I've reported "The Best Mart" to the Trade Standards.

However I've noticed there is another company called "Your Best Mart" which looks very similar in design to "The Best Mart" and I'm just starting to wonder if these two companies are one and the same company scamming people via FB ads!

The company's name on the PayPal is stated as J&Z Group LLC however the website address they give does not work - what a surprise there!

I really hope that the Trading Standards will look into and investigate this company and will close it down asap.

This website is a scam, the products are nasty cheap rip offs of other companies products. With a little research you can find the authentic products on the other websites. This website copies their photos and descriptions and then gets the products made cheaply in China but they are barely similar with awful quality and not the same as what is advertised and not even fit for purpose. The claim on their website of "100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase" is also a lie which they refuse to honour. I'm sure they are making lots of money from mugs like me paying for products advertised and then getting completely awful Chinese rip offs. I hope more people complain so they get shut down.
