Bought a flag from this company that stated not Chinese rubbish made in the UK in stock and dispatched 24 hours totally dishonest company when sending queries got told dispatching that day total lies I requested to cancel the order and a full refund.no answer when it arrived it was labelled made in China and a custom declaration fixed to the outer packaging.very dishonest company and should be investigated by trading standards.id advise not to buy from this dishonest company

Trading standards should raid this warehouse where all this shoddy items are.

I ordered 2 x Boss jumpers and 1 x Boss jacket for £156. It said I was paying through paypal but it went off my bank card instead. I recieved 2 cheap ass jumpers with Boss stickers on them and a cheap jacket with Boss stickers on it. No contact information for this company to complain or demand a refund. I contacted paypal but they have no record of the transaction. I'm now in touch with the bank to try and get a refund from them. I probably won't get one but it's worth a try.

Awful cheap tacky rubbish sent from China verrrrry slowly. Website promised fast delivery but 8 weeks isn't!!

Ordered a drone via an ad on TikTok. Seemed very cheap at £42 but thought I’d give it a go. Received two earrings from these scammers instead.

Ordered my mum a pair of winter boots on 20 Nov. Still no sign of them 3 weeks later. 2 emails to them requesting refund have been met with silence. As others have said, avoid like the plague

Absolutely avoid at all costs, nothing short of crooks scamming people out of their money. There is no way to return goods most of which are not fit for purpose. I am surprised they are able to continue advertising on sites such as Facebook as they must be in breach of online trading laws.

Scam company - ad on Instagram for trainers. What was sent was completely different from what was described and what was shown in photo. Shoddily made and cheap looking. No way of returning and Bestmart would not reply to my emails requesting refund. Avoid!

Quite simply this is a scam probably operating from
China. Do not buy from them.

I prefer calling it FRAUD rather than other statements. Instead of a star option it should have a big X and I would have put 100. I use a site called Pick My Code which is free and a bit of fun but of course we get bombarded by ads. This applies if you are The Bestmart.co.uk only. Items are sold online the bank is one name, the email another and little is said on the ad. There is a site online that promises the world including a warranty and free returns but it also says items must not be opened so how can we know if it is suitable it we do not open it. It also says we must return within 14 days or money will not be returned. You waited over 14 days before responding to my email. There is no address of any kind on the site or on the package that arrived inside on the the sticker. It also pretty much says 'if we don't agree with the reason you returned the item, we shall sent it back to you at your expense'. So if that is The Bestmark.co.uk as has been said, it is not a UK company. It says nothing of that when you buy and you don't even get paperwork that says anything other than 'Thank you' and the price. It will come up on many sites as of course if you try to stop ads your computer hardly works. Never done this before and never will again am going to the ombudsman. It was a pair of loafers in pink, grey and white stripes, they looked okay on the ad but they have added a tab at the back sewn with some twine that are so uncomfortable you can't wear them. They are also cheap and nasty and when on the heel is low inside so you almost lean forward to wear them. They ankle stops by the bone so pushes skin you didn't know you had above it - ugly - just a copy of the real thing no doubt. The material is just cheap. We all say 'don't buy it' but of course then we do but that is why we are still having to deal with these awful ads. Do not buy through any ads on any site and watch out even for the ones we trust. Go to a shop and look, feel, try and buy and if you can't return if necessary don't waste your money.

Does anyone know how I send stuff back from this site and get my money back order sofa covers came on time but they are rubbish no advise note in parcel return address on front of parcel but don’t want to send back and not get refund any ideas

Avoid. They outright lie in their product descriptions. You will not get what you order.

Scam company.I purchased what was said to be Blowfish arch support shoes in blue.No arch support and very shoddily made.Supposed to be blue but are green in colour.Companies like this should be stopped from falsely advertising on Facebook.

Ordered 2lazyboy reclining chairs at £35 each they kept saying items shipped i ended up with 2 x toe rings from a place called Y&G unit 5 trident way nothing but a scam these chairs are still being advertised on face book the powers that be should look into all advertised items before they let them on

Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered "blowfish" arch support shoes. They are not what is advertised and actually received a shoddy pair of shoes that has no resemblance to their website. At present they have not replied to my email of complaint. No way to return and get a refund. These are also shipped from abroad. Don't think I need to name the country. If I could of this company would have had no stars. EVERYONE BEWARE....

I ordered a Ruiwen food mixer online from Ruiwenstore. They took £31.15 via paypal from my bank account. Instead of the food mixer I received a parcel from Y & G of a juice mixer instead. The wrong item is worth £4 at most. Cheap and nasty and does not work as USB connector is squashed and does not fit any port. I have emailed them and am demanding a full refund. They are still advertising the Ruiwen food mixer on Google. Absolute fraudsters. I hope paypal can help me.

After a long wait my Blowfish arch support shoes arrived.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement! They are not made by Blowfish. They are cheap and nasty & there is definitely no arch support.
I was looking where to return them to as I'd be too embarrassed to wear them. So far, I cant find an address.
Avoid this company as things are definitely not what they seem!

Shocking customer service. In fact non existent. Had a delivery of trainers but they were the wrong size, even though the order was for the correct size. Been trying to contact them for weeks. No response. Avoid at all costs

Ordered an expensive squirrel proof bird feeder. What arrived today was a nasty cheap ordinary bird feeder that I could have purchased anywhere for about £4.00. Total scam. Don't be sucked in. Avoid at all cost
