Thank you Beauty Vault!
Really quick with dispatch, kept updated via emails and made sure the nail polishes I ordered were wrapped up and secured so nothing leaked or smashed. Will definitely order from them again.

Hi Clementine
I’m so sorry your lipstick wasn’t the same shade as portrayed online.
We use stock photos given to us by the brand, so we’ll be getting in touch with them to get the photo updated.
In the meantime, I’ve replied to your email with a refund offer.
I hope that helps! 🖤
Awesome
Just used one of the controller bath bombs and my word it created a fantastic effect and smelt really good!

Hi Sonya
I’m so sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet.
I’ve checked the tracking, and can see Evri have noted a slight delay in getting your order to you.
You should hopefully receive this ASAP, but, if you don’t, please feel free to email us. We can’t help if you don’t reach out! 🖤
Thanks
