Very quick ukainland postage. But the lippy I got despite being the correct name, was a COMPLETELY different shade to online. And not just marginally. Had a word and I'm still waiting for a response.

Great, unusual small business

Great small business selling some lovely, fun, unique products.

Always had great service. Recently had the unusual case of a damaged delivery which was refunded straight away with an apology (leading me to reorder the damaged items immediately).

I can see that you emailed us to let us know it hadn’t arrived, and within a few hours we had investigated the problem and issued you a full refund. Unfortunately, we are no longer in control of our shipments once they leave our hands.

Great and fast delivery. Seller was very quick to respond when I had a query and asked for the delivery note not to be put in as it was a gift. The items arrived safely and the recipient loved them.

Stocking my favourite make up is a really big thumbs up for me altho wish you stocked more shades. The wait for delivery was good altho being that excited it seemed to take forever ! Was very well packaged. Cannot be more pleased overall
