Reached out about a concern and got follow up to both remediate the issue and to ask if I was satisfied! Happy to be back to using my Beast

I bought this product awhile ago when they were at Costco. I typically juice in the aim and was looking for something that can rally blend like a Vitamix but small and compact. This guy did the job. This product is sturdier and does a great job making a fine smoothie for more morning shake - much better than the cheaper magic bullet and ninja.
The best part about this product is the customer service. My Beast Mini motor has issues and after some troubleshooting they gave me a new refurbished item. It was like Christmas receiving a brand new blender. Highly recommend and they stand by their product.

Beast Health provides a great product and even more amazing customer service. After having my Beast for a year and a half, I had an issue with the blade and reached out for guidance. They sent me a new replacement piece at no charge and no hastles! I was expecting to pay for the blade since it had been so long. Then they followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had contacted customer service to report an ‘amber light’ issue. They got back to me quickly and were able to send me a replacement blade. The whole process was quick & easy and they followed up to ensure I wasn’t encountering any other issues.

My blender is churning out some hot juice as the machine is hot. I have tried to email them 3-4 times. I got one response giving me tips and pointers on how to use it. I fear that using the machine might be dangerous but I can't get a hold of anyone.

The marketing for Beast blenders is slick and persuasive, but my experience shows this company is not trustworthy. I purchased a blender from the UK distributor, and within a few months the blade assembly developed faults. A replacement part was sent, but the issue recurred. Replacement parts have been unavailable for months, and my refund requests were ignored. The UK distributor is now in liquidation, leaving customers without recourse, yet the US brand refuses to resolve the issue. The worst company I’ve dealt with.

I placed an order on December 19, 2025(a Friday) with overnight priory delivery. a label wasn't made it on Monday, which I understand since it was the weekend. it has been over a week since I have placed the order and I have been trying to cancel the order but I have been dealing with stupid AI and it will not let me talk to real person. it says that they do not have a cancelation policy but I can return the product if I want. How am I going to return a product that I have not received yet. On top of that they want to charge another 20 for a "return label and box" I ended up just going to my bank and filling a fraud charge and explained the whole situation and they thankfully have taken care of it.

I really regret buying my Beast blender. The product itself looks great but the real test of a brand is what happens when something goes wrong, and Beast have completely failed here.

My blender has been broken for almost three months and trying to claim under the warranty has been impossible. I have sent photos, videos and full explanations. Every time they tell me someone will get back to me and nobody ever does. I have had to chase and chase, I have even had to mention trading standards, and still I only ever receive empty reassurance with no actual resolution.

At this price point, and from a smaller boutique style brand, I expected excellent customer service. Instead it has been one of the worst support experiences I have ever had. I honestly do not think a more established brand would treat customers like this.

So yes, the machine looks nice on the kitchen counter. But if it breaks and you need to use the warranty, be prepared for a real struggle.
