Received a case from them and it started developing gray stuff on the inside of a sealed phone. Tried to remove but is eating into phone case. They said it is uncommon and offered a new one at a discounted price. Why would I want 2 phone covers i cant see through? No more business for you

Customer service was great. Wanted to make sure they sent the 5 case instead of 4 because invoice listed both. They responded quickly. Shipping was very good. Case is a little flimsy and could have a couple better features for the price. So far though, seems like a good product at a decent price from a good company.

I dropped it from less than 1 foot and the hinge snapped. They refused to refund/replace it horrible customer service and they do not stand behind thier product.

It was so easy purchasing my Armour case phone case for my new iPhone 15 pro. This company is very professional I received emails every step of the way until I received my phone case… Which I totally love because it covers the cameras fully so they will not scratch and it has a kickstand so I can sit the phone up to be hands-free. And totally love the colors offered.!!

Case doesn't wireless charge and they won't refund my money or even respond. Been over a month since I emailed them. Worst company to buy from stay away and save your money. Also items are sent from China instead of the US shipping take nearly 3 weeks to make it here

Love how the wallet is magnetized to the back of phone case. Would liked for tge phone case to have been a bit thicker for better protection of my phone. And assorted colors would be nice. But overall happy with purchase.

The case is great as far the protection it offers for the device. My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to get the case. The time it took to actually ship out was more than I would like considering I ordered directly from Armour. I honestly would not order another one considering the time it took to receive it. I could order from Amazon and have it within a couple of days.

The company was really good at communicating everything from the sale to the delivery. The product is very good quality and the best case I've owned for any mobile phone.

I absolutely love these cases, I just recieved my second case. The last one lasted me about 5 years and probably hundreds of drops. I would have kept using my other one, except the last drop was one drop too many and the case finally had enough and broke/bent out of shape, but the phone survived each and every drop without a scratch. Sure it makes the phone big and bulky, but hey! Now it seconds as a self defense weapon! Plus it keeps the phone nice and safe inside its snug little cocoon.
Will definitely be buying another case whenever I upgrade my phone.

I first started using the Armour case with my iPhone 12 mini, about 3 years ago. It kept, and still keeps my phone safe, I mean it still looks brand new, so when I got my new iPhone 15 pro, it was a no brainer I was choosing the Armour case. I truly believe in this case, it takes all my twisting, sitting, and turning on it, it also does very well in the dirt, rain, and snow, I dig graves for a living an I put my last case through the ringer.

Solid metal case for people who are rough on their phones. Since buying the Armour Case this has been the longest I have gone without damaging or destroying my phone in some manner.

This is a beautiful case and my husband's loves it. Very classy and looks expensive but is reasonably priced. So happy with purchase.

Easy to order online. Phone case is built for ruggedness and a little heavier than most. Definitely a keeper!

The case is well made, but within 24 hours, the knob which adjusts volume or silences it is gone. That’s not what expected to find. Have asked for a refund or an exchange.
