Well 4 stars only because when I read some reviews on this site before ordering my product apparently they had fast delivery…. now being 10 days before Christmas I took a chance…..it actually arrived 3 days after Christmas….the product itself is worth all five stars easy to install packaging was great too and the case feels very secure but delivery was not fast enough especially for the Christmas season.

The overall product (red 13Pro case) was built well and I really like it. The issue is the cutout for the screen side camera is wrong for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Because it isn't cut deep enough, it obscures the screen side camera and makes using the facial recognition feature fail. The screen protector blurs the camera just enough to make this feature a huge problem.

This is a high quality, well made case that offers a lot of protection and is mag safe compatible. I looked at dozens on Amazon that had mag safe and built in stand, and all were flimsy. This product stood out and now that I have it, I can see it is 10x better quality. Easy purchase experience, fast ship. Not return friendly.

Do not buy with this company huge SCAM, they will take your money, and the product is not worth it. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID THIS LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE. you will be disappointed, very unprofessional. Even when you reach out to talk to someone, no response. No customer service phone number only email

The company responded to questions I had very fast. Received the product in a timely fashion, and the case itself is great! We'll recommending this company to all our friends and family.

Most cases for the fold require you to stick it on with the tape and this case does have that, but so far I have not needed to apply it. It fits snug enough and since it has the outer leather shell it stays secure and in place. Which is great because i can just remove it easily to clean my phone. A couple things I would like to see with this particular case are, a couple of card slots, a better folding mechanism to help the phone stand, a magnet on the back instead of the pen holder, and finally I feel like the strap lock should fold around to the front instead of the back. Still receives 5 stars because I don't have to have a dirty sticky glue on my phone.

Don’t do business with this company. I ordered a phone case and a charger. The phone case isn’t too bad but already a part of the stand doesn’t work. The charger never worked and I was promised a refund, 6 weeks and nothing. I left an unfavorable review and they take those down very quickly but never attend to the problem. There is no way to contact this mob by phone and repeated email requests go nowhere. Save your money and use a local company that has good customer service.

I was definitely satisfied when I received the case for the Samsung Fold 5! I wasn't sure it was possible to make a good case for a phone like this!

Really nice product. My wife loves the case. She really believes it will protect her phone from her clumsiness and I think so too 🤣🤣

Great case fits well seems tough shipping a little longer than I was hoping for but still came

I had to badger the company relentlessly, hitting them up three times just to push them to finish the shipment. The first batch? Customs in China bounced it right back. The second one? It might as well have been nailed to the floor, and the third shipment? Took weeks on end. As if that wasn't enough, the so-called "wireless charging compatible" case in the ad is nothing but a bluff. And guess what? The "tempered glass" cover they brag about? Handle it with care, because it's as fragile as a soap bubble when you clean it.

And that's not even the worst part. Trying to get a refund is like navigating a maze designed by sadists. They claim you've got a generous 30 days to return it, but surprise! It's actually a measly 48 hours. And if you miraculously manage to meet that deadline, don't expect a full refund. Nope, they'll happily snatch 25% of your hard-earned cash as a "return fee." In a nutshell, this company peddles garbage at a jaw-dropping price, and good luck finding any hint of customer service in the mess.

This the best phone case I’ve ever had. I love being able to cover the camera when it is not in use. This protects my investment. The metal stand/ finger hold on the back is the most versatile I have seen. It also charges perfectly through the case. Wonderful product

The case seems well constructed but a few changes would make it awesome. First, a cut out is needed in the main case to expose the camera. It's awkward to have to remove the phone for a quick photo. Second, a more substantial tab wrapping around the entire case instead of just the small one meant to secure only the phone would make everything more secure.

It's a really lovely case and while it took a little longer to ship out because of the holiday I was very happy with it when I received it my only complaint is that the ring on the back is very flimsy and it has no resistance it will just flop all over the place unless it's clipped in. I'm considering returning it for that very reason but aside from that it's a really great case. The kickstand part was very important for me and this one's not going to cut it.
Update: They ignored my request to return the item. Shady people playing dumb.

Case is OK, great for everyday wear and tear. I am satisfied with the quality, price and overall product. 👌

The case is great! I'm hard on phones and this one looks like it can take a lick'n. I was disappointed in the order processing and shipping though. I ordered on Nov 9th. On Nov 14th I got a shipped noticed but the link to track only said "waiting for pickup". On Nov. 25 it arrived. Two weeks. Okay, I know, first world problems. I do like it but be prepared to wait.

I ordered the wrong iphone case. I called Armour & Rachelle corrected the mistake to ensure that I received the correct phone case.
