Easy to return the item however the fact I needed to pay an extra charge vs just being able to make an exchange is a bit off putting.

This is the second case I have bought, at least of this style. It was such a reliable case I bought a new one to replace the 2 year old one. The new one has a better magnet that fits over and much better zipper for the compartment. I also like the hole to hook the strap for extra stability. The feeling is nice too, I'd say if you use a Galaxy Fold and want something that is also a wallet, get this. You'll never forget your wallet if its also your phone case,

I paid for my case and paid extra for expedited shipping. Well, they shipped it snail mail through USPS. Usps then forwarded it to some unknown address. I've emailed customer service and they've done NOTHING so far. I would never recommend this company, order a UAG case; at least you'll get your case and amazing support! So upset with Armor cases lack of help!

The case is amazing. I love the ability to use it in all types of settings. The camera protector is just what I needed.

Received Used case. Now I will have to pay shipping costs to return plus a restocking fee. Case does not fit properly (maybe because it was used). Stay away from this company!!! Support has not been helpful.

A great product with a fair price and good service. Not much you can ask for. I got two watchbands for my Apple Ultra II which I prefer over other bands I purchased from other stores for much more.

Nice material. Fits well. Shipping was a bit lengthy, bit overall good product. One problem though... the front screen snap on plastic cover broke already when I was changing my screen protector. IS there any way to get a replacement? Samsung Z fold 5

Was initially worried ab the magnet’s strength on the band but it is great it’s comfortable and easily readjustable. Great purchase!!!

The case feels sturdy but not bulky.
The S Pen sits in the hinge which is great but will take some getting used to when closing the phone.
I didn't understand the instructions for the extra protector so I didn't use it.

I truly love the leather cover for my iPhone. The color was beautiful and just what I hoped it would be. Easy ordering and quick delivery. The price was inline with my budget so was so happy when I received it. I will recommend this business to my clients and friends.

The case is very good so far , delivery was somewhat prompt , the only thing is that I didn’t expect it to be this heavy , but overall it’s good so far

The ads show a US Company in Delaware but after a week I get a tracking number shipping from Wuhan China. I don’t order Chinese Temu Junk knowingly. Now I’m digging and find 46% One Star reviews. Facebook promotes this crap with fancy deceptive ads. I’m pissed and have 2 minutes re weeks till the case is even here.

Quality leather, great fit, not bulky like my previous cover.
Protects the screens and gives a great look to the phone.

Product was well made, sized correctly, good materials and fits the phone.

So far, so good. What I like, seems substantial, the built in stand. The way the buttons are designed. What I don’t like, the fact that there is no protection for the camera lens, except for the rubber lip around the area. Time will tell, as evidently I am hard on things.

The absolute worst return policy I have ever seen. After receiving the case and noticing it weighed so much and is very cheap, I reached out to return this. I have to pay for shipping on top of a 25% admin fee. You've got to be kidding me? I never thought to check this before ordering, most companies just let you return if you're not satisfied with the product. Then I get a response from them to return it with no address. Where do I ship it? There's no address on their website? Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else other than this.

I purchased the incorrect phone case and wanted a straight up exchanged for the correct phone case. They wanted to charge a 25% admin fee along with the charge to ship it back. I'll take the blame for ordering the incorrect case but this is the worst exchange policy I've ever encountered. They were only willing to work with me if I purchased more product from them, which I did not need.

I bought a Luxury Leather Case for my Samsung Z Fold 5 and after ----one month----, it's bottom part has been broken with no force. They said OOP's passed 30 days, buy new one with 15% off (Kidding me!!)
