I’m finding it difficult to give a fair review - I ordered a ‘smoothing body suit’ but when it arrived it was ill fitting, horrible cheap material and didn’t look anything like advertised. I contacted customer services to return the item, which they initially refused because you can’t return underwear for hygiene reasons. I pointed out that it isn’t my fault they produce poor quality goods and choose to deliver items without any tags or hygiene strips. After threatening further action, Olivia in customer services agreed I could return the item, which I did the same day. I was assured the refund would be processed immediately but am still awaiting the money. To be fair it has been a bank holiday weekend and this could delay it, so we’ll see. So, customer service excellent when pressed, quality of goods very poor in my experience. I can’t recommend buying from The Ariadne but if you do experience issues they appear to be willing to help. The communication was very good and the issue resolved quickly, although still awaiting the refund to my account.

I purchased 2 photo necklaces and gave them to my family members who were really surprised and when they discovered the photos on display actually cried tears of joy...the necklaces are of high quality and such a wonderful and beautiful gift to give anyone......I personally have NO HESITATION in recommending the company and the necklaces

I am so impress with this company. This is my first purchase. So excited to receive this Beautiful purse. I accidentally ordered two of the same item. I received my order within 2 weeks and the purses I ordered I loved. I did need to have an exchange on one of my purses and Olivia was WONDERFUL!!! She had constant communication with me and provided photos to ensure I got the right color that I wanted! It’s refreshing that this company went out of their way to help me and make my experience with the company to my satisfaction. Thank you again so much Olivia!!!

The tote I received did not work for me. The quality is excellent but the color did not match my other bags ( beautiful brown but off from what I need). Olivia was so helpful and was able to expedite a solution for me. I would use this company again and request Olivia every time. Thank you

I realised that I had ordered the brown instead of green bag. I sent an email to the Support Team. I had a response from them within 24 hours. They agreed to change my order before it was sent for dispatch. I received confirmation the next day that my request had been dealt and I would get the bag colour of my choice. That to me is great, simple and reliable customer service. Thank you.

Wish I'd read these reviews before buying!!! Ordered a brown leather bag, which after 3 weeks hadn't arrived, contacted "customer support" was told that they had shifted warehouses and that was the reason for delay, when I contacted them for the second time i was given a different reason for the delay, it had gone to the wrong address, I asked for them to cancel the order and process my refund, was offered a partial refund which I declined, eventually got the refund, bag arrived 1 week later looking nothing like what I ordered, certainly not leather just cheap tat!!!

I emailed asking when my order would be delivered and Olivia told me exactly what I needed to know, I had a great experience because normally when you email brands they don’t get back to you for a month or so or even at all, but Ariadne replied within not even a day but much less than that, I really appreciate their service especially Olivia! She seems like such a lovely woman and is really extremely sweet with her words, 10/10 for me for Olivia 💗

I went back and forth forever about whether to buy the Luna bag from Ariadné. Reviews on here were mixed (and the company’s rating was unavailable due to fake reviews), and I wasn’t sure if Ariadné dropshipped items and they would be different/worse than pictured. When I couldn’t find anything similar to the Luna elsewhere, I decided to go for it (it was only 80 bucks, which is a lot but still not 200+). I remained concerned because their tracking info wasn’t as streamlined as bigger brands like Lulus and Uniqlo. I just got an email that linked to the Shop app, which had a tracking number but no expected delivery date. BUT the bag came in less than two weeks exactly as pictured! It was discretely stamped with the brand name “Songmont” so I again worried it was dropshipped and might not be as high quality as it seemed, but it turns out Songmont is a Chinese luxury brand people love. And from other sellers, this bag is 2-3x as expensive. Other folks’ bad experiences with Ariadné are still concerning, but because that mix made me hesitate for so long, I wanted to chime in here in case others are going back and forth too. For me, the risk was absolutely worth it.

Quite literally the worst customer service. I bought a bag which was advertised with incorrect measurements. When I wanted to return the item, as it was not “as advertised” they were extremely reluctant to send me a label. When I reminded them that this was a legal breach they finally did so and I returned the item. The refund took over a month and was only issued because I sent multiple follow ups. It was a shame because the bag seemed nice but I could not be paid enough to deal with their customer service team again…

I ordered my package in January and it did not arrive until the middle of March, not only that but when it did my box for my necklace is missing a huge chunk. The necklace itself- in my opinion looks disgusting (the olivia birthstone necklace) the birthstone on it is huge compared to what they show you in the online pictures. You can tell by feeling the packing that it’s tacky and cheap, don’t waste your money.

Ariadne customer service has been pretty exceptional throughout. They were able to deliver the jewelry to me by the deadline date i asked for and were very responsive in communications. We wanted to get the ring resized slightly once it arrived and again was very impressed. We only need to send original back once new one arrives so she isn't without it for any period of time.

olivia was soo kind. she really searched for a solution for solving my problem, i‘ve really felt understood by her🩷
