Ho chiesto che venisse annullato l'ordine e non hanno risposto.
Se i tempi di consegna saranno lunghi non effettuerò più ordine in quel sito.

I ordered my item weeks before I needed it as it was a gift. However, according to Evri, who are to deliver it, they have not even received the item. I need this item within the next two days. Customer service reply with polite messages but the problem is unresolved.

Sollte laut tiktop Shop fahrrad bekommen, stattdessen eine blechstück bekommen, kaufe nie wieder bei solchen Shop mehr, tiktop Shop sind nur abzocke, sonst nix.
Zum Glück mit Klarna gezahlt und mit Mühe und Not kompletten Betrag zurück erstattet bekommen.

Terrible experience. Poor customer service, frustrating communication, and an overall disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company and would not use them again. Price dropped immediately after I placed my order and after bringing it to their attention and a promise to adjust the price, they never did.
Also, the quality of the product was very poor.

I ordered the Elara woven tote from theariadne and it’s absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what I wanted. The quality is amazing just like high end brands but it’s so affordable! This is the best woven bag I’ve found, and perfect size not too big. Also, the customer service I received from Olivia was excellent. She was amazing very quick to respond and so friendly :) I will definitely be buying more bags from here.

The item arrived too late for a wedding I wanted it for and it is now costing me to return the item tracked which will be expensive. It means I wont want to use Ariadne again as most companies now provide free returns.

Delivery is poor, took 2 weeks from date order was made and required me chasing to get an update on progress. Once chased order updates came quickly and delivery next day.

The Support Team acted very promptly and professionally.

Theariadne has excellent customer service and the response to emails was very quick. I have had a wonderful experience shopping with the business too.

The bag is of average quality. The material is quite thin, although it looks nice and relatively classy.

The major concern is the returns process. The company advertises simple returns, which was a factor in my decision to purchase two options with the intention of returning one. In practice, I found the process unnecessarily difficult.

There is no automated returns label or portal; you have to email customer service and wait for a response. The instructions I received were lengthy and incomplete, meaning I had to send 4 separate emails to obtain information needed to make the return, including the return address.

Customer service also repeatedly offered increasing discounts if I kept the item rather than returning it. I declined each time and made clear that I wanted to return the item for a full refund, and they kept offering me discounts rather than sending return instructions.

I first contacted them with several weeks remaining in the returns period. Due to the delays they'd initiated in the process, I only managed to send the item on the final day of the return window. And I was lucky to get it done in that time - only possible through loads of chasing.

Finally, the refund was processed as soon as I provided proof of postage, before the returned item had been received. This suggests there was no inspection step in the returns process, and honestly it feels like they're actively trying to prevent successful returns.

Lovely bags, delivery was over-long and almost missed a birth date.
