I recently bought a small wine fridge from this company. It was delivered & installed very promptly, even though I live a very long way from where the company is based. Jon at the F & F Co. was a pleasure to work with throughout. Very professional and offered lots of helpful advice about getting the best out of the new product. Highly recommend this company and will use again when the opportunity arises.

Very pleased with my Fisher Paykel fridge freezer which seemed to be out of stock everywhere else. Ian and Jon found exactly what I'd been looking for and it saved me several hundred £'s. Prompt delivery was arranged to suit me rather than their schedule - very friendly professional service, I would highly recommend this company!

We ended up with a broken washing machine on Christmas eve, but the F&F company came to our rescue, we went and chose a brilliant machine and they immediately installed it for us and took away our old one. Really efficient and very friendly service, highly recommended.

Jon found exactly the fridge we had been looking for at a very competative price, delivered it just when we needed it and took the old fridge away. Faultless and great to be able to phone up and speak to someone with all the information, rather than dealing with call centres.

Best service ever since I landed in this country!! I was in desperate need of a fridge, first order was canceled by another company - ' no stock' after I placed order online. John Lewis'd take 5-7working days to deliver. Then I found Jon - ordered an ex-display but got brand-new in just 2days !!!! can't believe my luck !!! highly recommended !!!! will try to buy everything from them from now on!!

Our old fridge freezer broke so I rang the Fridge Freezer Company and Jon managed to supply me a new Liebherr unit by 5pm that day, it was installed and my old unit taken away and disposed off. I can not recommend this company enough the sevice and professionalism is second to none. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought the fridge freezer as ex display with 2 minor dents but with the full Liebherr warranty. It was accurately described, resulting in a good price with good communication and in my installation no visible imperfections. Delivery was as agreed and regular updates given to confirm its arrival. It was an pleasure doing business with the Fridge and Freezer company and I would both check their site before buying a similar item and recommend others to do so. But not too many others or the supply of bargain priced premium kit will be sold out next time. The accuracy of the description is important buying graded or ex display items and this was spot on.

We have recently taken delivery of a integrated Fridge . Having searched
for about 2 weeks we found the best price to be at the Fridge Freezer Company . It seems to us there is a cartel with the big companies in that
those that have stock charge the same price . When you ring you talk to
a person that knows about the product instead of getting a call centre
person . Delivery was exactly as promised , the fridge was unpacked and checked . We installed it ourselves , it was a bit of a fiddle but we
saved another £90 which is what we would have paid Currys to install .
Do not hesitate to use this company you will get a good price and a
personalised service .

Delivery was the next day and came without a hiccup and the old freezer was taken away for recycling making the whole process painless. Thank you to Andy and his team.

I received an excellent service from Andy Walsh. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I bought an ex- exhibition display Liebherr Integrated Tall Fridge with icebox ( IKBP3554) at a very good price, after seeing it advertised on line. Andy gave very helpful advice and on request reversed the doors to L hinging; arranged timely prompt courier service.
I arranged for a local fridge fitter to install it. One aspect of attaching a filler strip to the top of the fridge was not clear or easily achievable- so on phoning Andy he gave some very helpful advice phoning back after some further research for the installer to complete the job.
An excellent product and service. Top marks and thanks again Andy. Highly recommended.
