Brilliant customer service
Had a requirement for a new washing machine after ours died as soon as we returned from holiday! I contacted The Appliance Company as they're local to me, and honestly, I can't thank them enough.
They delivered a new machine the very same day, removed the old one (which turned out to be quite a tricky job), but they persevered and got everything sorted. They then installed and tested the new machine before taking the old one away to washing machine heaven!
They even cleaned up the mess the old machine had left behind and were lovely throughout. I highly recommend this company, they truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

The price was unbeatable!
The price of the our new induction hob couldn’t be beaten, so very pleased! Order processing was prompt. But lost a star on slightly slow feedback on subsequent emails. And unfortunately they couldn’t make a requested adjustment with regards to delivery date. But other than that I’m pleased overall. Would use the again!
