The Acrylic Store Arvostelua

I've ordered 4 times with this company and they've been great

Avoid at all cost!
Two attempts to produce a simple rectangular panel resulted in failure. 1st attempt, waited 2 weeks then received without radiused corners as ordered. 2nd panel received 1 week later despite assurances that it would be expedited. This panel was 5mm smaller than ordered in both w x h, the holes were 2 mm larger than ordered and the radiused corners looked like a small rodent had made them! Both unusable!
In summary - Poor attention to detail, poor workmanship and poor customer service. Well practiced in apologising though. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Lost a contract because of this and revenue worth over £ 2 k - BEWARE !!!!

Perfect product.. delivered on time

Order still not arrived. At least 5 working days late.
Keep having to chase. No proactive feedback re progress.

Easy to order. Friendly delivery

The Acrylic Store started off very helpful, but during our discussions on where to drill the holes on my mirrored panels they didn’t actually listen to the instructions, so I ended up with unusable mirrored panels, because the holes had been drilled too close to the edge of the panel. I have sent emails detailing the complaint and all I get back is condescending and rude emails stating incorrect information. Delivery was slow (they only delivery twice a week to London) and even that was delayed, without any communication, and they knew I needed the frames urgently! I pushed for a delivery refunded. The process of paying is way too complicated and not very modern - you place the order and then someone has to call you to take payment over the phone. I had to call three times to actually pay them, which delayed everything further. Overall my experience was very poor. I’ve paid for unusable panels and I am still waiting for someone to call me back following my emails complaining. I think you could find a better and more efficient business

Pompt and excellent service, trouble free ordering and a good product

Whilst the quality of the goods is excellent, this company does not offer a 'custom cut' service, despite claiming they do on their website. I took the trouble to laser measure a installation for a customer and sent specific drawings with measurements on for several custom pieces. Despite emails and calls to obtain a assurance they would be cut to the measurements on the drawings they were not. I ended up having to modify at the point of installation. Don't advertise something you can't provide!

Quick to order. Pleased with splashbacks

Very dissapointed that we have not received our order yet we were told by email our delivery would be last Friday 3rd March it still has not arrived

Good quality products at a reasonable price. Very quick delivery

Delivery speed is quite slow, about 2 weeks.

Cut to size and delivered quickly good job.

Replacement mirror for charity shop refurbished dressing table.

Had a 5 mm Gloss White Acrylic bath panel cut to the exact size and delivered. Excellent product and a very competitive price compared to market bath panels. Look great and much sturdier than market bath panels.Fixed it with velcro strips to wood battens under bath.

Two pieces cut to the wrong size (discovered after they were welded - I trusted them to measure correctly) and polished edges very poor

Delivery was late but customer service was great.

One of the shower screens was damaged in transit. As soon as we got in contact with them, they immediately investigated and agreed to replace the damaged screen free of charge. The complaint was dealt in a very professional manner and promptly. My suggestion - for future consignments, the corners and edges should be protected with hardened cardboard and shrink wrapped using bubble wrap.
