Chipped product
1, I first placed my order believing I could collect from Sheffield
2, Product arrived poorly packaged and chipped, photographic evidence available if needed.
However that said your email contact is great

Disappointing....
The holes weren't uniformly 20mm from the edge. There was a bit chipped off in the corner. Very disappointing because I've ordered from the company before and my experience was good.d But the delivery was more or less on time and by a very nice delivery man.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. Plenty of contact and updates throughout. Actually chose a product which was no longer kept in stock, so was given a more expensive alternative for the same price as my original order. Would I recommend this company? Of course, with no hesitation. Thank you for everything!
