One thing I didn't like was the driver who brought my car back inspected the courtesy car before he contacted me so I had not seen or signed his report. Otherwise it was very good.

Amazing service
I can’t thank the team enough for how helpful, understanding and welcoming they were after my car accident. It was already such a stressful time, but from the moment my car was with them, everyone I came into contact with was so friendly, reassuring and professional.
A special mention to Katie, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions and really helped to put my mind at ease when I was feeling overwhelmed. Her communication and kindness made such a difference.
Fred was also fantastic when he carried out a quick repair and paint job on my car. He was friendly, helpful and did a great job.
Every member of staff I dealt with was welcoming and genuinely seemed to care. The whole experience was made so much easier because of the team, and I’m really grateful for all their help.
I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish!! Thank you!

Good
It did take 6 weeks before the car was taken in for repair, but everything went smoothly and only took 2 weeks. A bit disappointed that the car came back dirty though!
