Before I get to the product itself let me tell you about the customer service.

It would be easier to play darts with the pope rather than talking to MSpa customer services, to make things worse I purchased the spa from Costco and they cannot make contact with either MSpa or the distributor.

So the spa itself, I wouldn’t say it’s any cheaper than some of its rivals, but one thing is for sure is the quality.
The heat bonding glue that bonds all the rubber parts together has corroded leaving a nasty brown crack along the bottom edge, not long now before the spa leaks..

Please don’t buy as the warranty is only good if you can make contact them( impossible)

Pas de télécommande pour éteindre le spa. Je fais une réclamation a manomano qui me renvoie vers erobot piscine qui me renvoie verd lr fabricant .je dois remplir un formulaire incompréhensible et qui ne fonctionne pas pour envoyer la facture et le numéro de série. Je fais donc 1 mail et cela fait 73 h qu ils me baladent en me répondant. Utiliser le formulaire sinon pas possible de prendre en charge .on marche sur la tete .sav nul .et qui se fiche ouvertement du client .tout cela pour une piece manquante et un vendeur qui se lave aussi les mains .je regrette vraiment cet achat et je vais le retourner .

I would never buy another hot tub from Mspa. Contacted Mspa after 4 months of having the hot tub in June 2025. Heater unit was sent back to Mspa, after various phone calls and videos sent. Heater unit was returned. Went to put the hot tub up about 3 weeks ago so April 2026. It didn't inflate. Then we got it to inflate. Filled it with water. Water had drained out over night. But with no leaks found. Then we filled it again. And the heating system failed. Kept phoning Mspa. Yet again various emails and videos sent. Still no answer from Mspa. Tried to contact The Range. No phone number. Tried online chat. It was a bot. No answer. Tried WhatsApp. Still no answer. So between the two of them their customer service is absolutely useless. So I would encourage others not to buy from Mspa or The Range.

J'ai commandé un Spa gonflable pour un cadeau de Noel. Mise en service du SPA en Avril. dès les premières utilisations, des fuites sont apparues lié à un défaut flagrant des soudures du spa. Le SPA était censé être garanti 2 ans mais lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, on me répond que le bassin n'est garanti que 6 mois (et ce après m'avoir fait envoyer de multiples photos, N° de série etc ...). Nous n'avons pu utiliser notre spa que 3 fois et avons dépensé, en plus du prix du spa, près de 100 EUR pour tenter de réparer, sans succès. La seule proposition du "service client" est de nous faire un devis pour recommander un bassin !!! Inacceptable pour une société qui se prétend un des leaders du marché.

Where do i start.
June 2019. Spa purchased. Set up. working fine
August 2019. Heater failed.
October 2019. Heater replacement arrived that I had to pay for as 3 month warranty on parts. Scam warranty
March 2020. Heater fitted as spa dismantled for winter
March 2020. Error code E4.
April 2020. Complete unit sent back to Mspa for diagnosis.
May 2020. Advised heater faulty. No warranty on heater again as only 3 months. Scam warranty. I had to pay for a new heater again
June 2020. Unit returned and spa set up again. now 1400 litres of water used.
June 2020. Error code E4 illuminated. Images and Video sent. Mspa scratching heads as not seen before.
June 2020. unit returned for more testing.
November 2020. A brand new complete pump-assy and display sent after legal threats.
March 2021. Spa set up again after the winter dismantling. Spa inflated. Now LEAKING at a seam so no good. Now for sale as Mspa have the worst customer service in the world and the director ignores any communication from you.
