Seen on Facebook that you target vulnerable an elderly people and it’s and you scam people

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
Initial face to face was really informative and there was no hard sell. All systems were explained with great detail and choice of systems were completely made by myself and what I required.
Fitting was exactly the same, very friendly, and professional, also no mess to worry about.
After sales has been exceptional and the fact that the Energy Experts don't take whole payment until the customer is satisfied is an additional piece of mind, that your getting what you payed for.
If local to the north east and you don't want a random company who are faceless and just quote over the phone, this is the company to choose .
Couldn't be happier.

The energy experts have been helpful every step of the way. Always on the end of a phone call if needed for advice. The installation team were knowledgeable and professional and my solar array and battery storage, plus gateway, was completed easily in one day.
I have already recommended this company to a family member.
I was promised a 5 🌟 service and the energy experts certainly delivered.

Installing Solar into your home is a big decision but Energy Experts were great to deal with. Great communications all the way through the process. I needed a new roof, panels and an electric car charger installed, they took care of everything. Their operations team were brilliant, very helpful nothing was an issue. I would rate my experience 10/10 and would highly recommend.

The install of our solar panels could not have gone better. The guys who came were very helpful efficient tidy and friendly. They answered any questions we had and didn’t make us feel like we were wasting their time. They also helped us get the best deal on changing our gas and electric supplier. Very happy customers.

Review of a Solar, Battery and EV installation by The Energy Experts
I chose The Energy Experts to design and install my solar, battery and EV charger system after dealing with several other companies.
The installation was a large one as I wanted to use every inch of our large detached bungalow roof to generate and export electricity with 20kw battery storage.
Despite the system being large-28 x 5.4 kw panels-the whole system including battery and EV installation was completed by the team in a single day. The team was just that and it was obvious that each person knew their role. The team workers were quiet and courteous with none of the usual ghetto blasting music that some workers employ.
Post installation support from the team has been excellent in resolving initial teething problems.
As I become more familiar with managing my solar system I would consider adding another battery. That I would do so with The Energy Experts is perhaps the best testimonial I could give to the excellent service and back-up that I have received.

I chose The Energy Experts based on 3 quotes, as they offered the best deal on cost and equipment. It took a few months for The Energy Experts to get all the necessary approvals, after which they arrived on site in January and completed the install of panels and battery in 1 day. The team were great and left me with a working system and app to monitor and manage the equipment. Six months later and I am cost neutral for electricity and very happy. I have realised that I need more battery power for the winter months and have ordered another battery from The Energy Experts. In hindsight, we should have factored this in to the original installation.I have no hesitation in recommending The Energy Experts.

Professional, reliable, trustworthy team. Installing brilliant solar panel set ups, Taylor and the team are real genuine boys who take their job seriously and nothing is ever to much for them. Would really recommend

13 panels and a battery fitted in a day and the team were really great.
The quality and integrity of information given upfront was why I choose Energy Experts over several competitors.
My bills are now a fraction and making a decent return from sales back to the grid. I wish I had done this years ago

We had 15 solar panels installed, the team have been great from start to finish, clearly explaining what would happen and provided a good service.its nice to know we can contact them in the future too if we have any queries.

We had 15 panels and 2 batteries installed by The Energy Experts. They were the last of four companies I requested quotes from, but after my call with Dave I had effectively already decided to go ahead with them. Dave was very professional and straightforward, which felt refreshing compared to what you often get elsewhere.

Unlike the other three companies I quoted, The Energy Experts carry out the installation themselves; the others all used subcontractors. That mattered a lot to me. There’s little point checking reviews of an installer if the actual work is done by someone else whose track record you don’t know.

Pricing was competitive. Their quote was only slightly higher, and given that I am a long way from their usual area (around six hours’ drive), the slight extra cost was very reasonable. I was expecting it to be much more. I was surprised they were willing to offer the service at all at that distance.

We did hit a few snags along the way, but they were resolved quickly. There were some delays getting things started, mostly due to slow responses from the DNO, the holiday period, and the difficult weather conditions in early 2026. Once things got under way, however, the process ran smoothly and the system worked from day one.

I was promised a five-star service, and I can confirm that is what I received. The installation team was careful with the property and worked hard, and they were pleasant to talk to during breaks.

The initial meeting was excellent with very good presentation of facts and figures and full explanation. Installation hit a couple of snags which were diligently dealt with. Finished product of eleven panels and battery are excellent.

I was really pleased with the whole process. I sat through 3 different solar presentations and found Marion of The Energy Experts to be the most helpful in answering specific questions that I had. The install team was great and I can only say positive things about this company, and they were also the cheapest quote I received! Would highly recommend.

Dave and his team have been excellent since the first moment we chatted about my options and I am sure that they will offer ongoing support. They are indeed experts and everything that they have said they would do, they have done.

I could not be happier with the results, the only issue is how many of my friends are bored of me telling them about my daily averages and battery levels!

We did have a few issues with the process, but that’s understandable with the expanding business.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to David (the owner) for being amazing in sorting things out as soon as he became aware. You can tell he really cares that customers are happy.

I worked with David Murray from The Energy Experts and I was very impressed.
I had specific questions about a solar and battery installation regarding location of equipment and some required electrical upgrades to my fuse board.
He was very helpful ... especially how he explained rather complex concepts in plain english!

The Fox ESS system was installed in February 2025 and we are delighted with the customer service, quality of installation and equipment.

I would highly recommend The Energy Experts based in North East. All the guys were very efficient and professional. The installation process of the panels, Inverter, and storage system was completed within one day, this was so quickly. I was given clear instructions as to how it all worked. Very tidy job with all waste removed promptly.

Highly recommended. Very efficient and professional. The installation process of the panels was completed quickly, and I was given clear instructions as to how it all worked. A very tidy job with all waste removed promptly

As it's over a year since The Energy Experts installed our solar panels, inverter and battery, I can review their advice as well as their workmanship. Advice on number of panels and choice of battery (GivEnergy) has proven to be excellent - in the first full year we exported more electricity than we used, and our first-year bill savings are very close to the estimate in the original proposal. Also, because we have a GivEnergy battery we have benefitted from the GivBack scheme, which allows remote control of the battery to sell energy back to the grid when demand is high. Installation was mostly smooth and communication mostly excellent. When they delivered the materials they dented the door of the fridge-freezer in our garage, but they organised and paid for a replacement with no argument. There were some teething problems with the programming of the inverter, which gave us some initial anxiety, but those were all sorted out in reasonable time. They handled all the paperwork to allow us to sell energy back to the grid promptly. All members of the team were friendly and polite, so that it was a pleasure to deal with them.

Earlier in the year we decided to get solar panels. Not sure of what system to go for, I got a number of quotes. I found many installers just wanted to sell me what was most convenient for them. But when I spoke with David at Energy Expert he was very good. He listened and explained things very well. There was no sales pitch and he genuinely wanted to give me the system that would work best for my situation.( in my case solar panels and batteries) We decided to go with The Energy Experts and I believe it was a very good decision. Had a small issue on the day which was sorted out immediately. No problems since and we're very pleased with the service and products that we received.
