Thailand Blueprint Arvostelua

Wat and his staff were very knowledgeable about the visa process and were very helpful and approachable whenever I had any queries. My visa went through smoothly and efficiently and within the timeline that was promised. I can recommend Wat and the Blueprint team to anyone attempting the visa process in Thailand and you won’t be disappointed. Well done team.🙏

I highly recommend Thailand Blueprint to handle your visa application. All staff were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Communication is first class with no delays in responding to questions. I particularly like the use of a secure portal which made uploading personal documents easy and worry free.
Every step of the process was explained clearly and timely.
Thanks to all the team at Thailand Blueprint, couldn’t have done it without you.
See you next year.
Owen.

Very smooth experience. Anything and everything has been well planned and executed. Service has been one on one, and top notch. Everyone at Thai Blueprint that i have woked with is very knowledgeable and motivated. I would recommend there services to anyone without hesitation. You will not be disappointed.

I recently completed my visa through Thailand Blueprint, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Adam and Preaw were both fantastic to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding.

One example that stood out: I had car trouble before one of our meetings and ended up running late. Instead of having to reschedule, Preaw was able to accommodate me on Zoom and we still got everything done we needed to that day. That kind of flexibility made a real difference.

Aside from that, the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Preaw did a great job keeping me updated at every step, so I always knew where things stood.

Highly recommend Blueprint for anyone looking to navigate the visa process.

Wat, Preaw, and Fah from Thailand Blueprint were all wonderful to work with. I am a US retiree. I had a huge number of questions, which they very promptly and kindly answered. They walked me through all the steps needed to get a longterm residency (LTR) visa for Thailand. It was nice not having to worry about whether or not my visa paperwork would be correctly completed. Their secure website included a client portal which allowed me to upload US documents they needed to complete my application. I left the difficult part of making absolutely sure I met the LTR visa requirements and filling out and submitting the Thai application all up to them. Thailand Blueprint also suggested a medical insurance broker, since my LTR visa requires Thai health insurance. I worked with the insurance broker separately. My visa application was reviewed by the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) and then issued by my local Thai Consulate General (TCG) here in the US. The TCG emailed directly to me the visa documentation. No need to make an in-person visit the TCG here in the US or an immigration office during my stay in Thailand. In a few months, when I fly into Thailand for the first time on this LTR visa, I just present the TCG documentation and my US passport to Thai Immigration. Thai Immigration then stamps my US passport with the LTR visa stamp. Although it took several months to go through this whole process, overall, I was very satisfied and very happy how well it went. No major snags since Thailand Blueprint did all the hard work for me. I highly recommend Thailand Blueprint. I'm nothing but satisfied with great service they gave me.

I cannot imagine attempting to get a visa without the care and guidance provided by Thailand Blueprint. These experts held our hands throughout the entire process. Not only are they competent and highly efficient the team at Thailand Blueprint are lovely people to work with. If you are even beginning to think of getting a visa, you need Thailand Blueprint.

Thailand Blueprint was unbelievably wonderful. They walked us through every step. I would not have wanted to do this on my own. They were worth every baht we paid. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first visit online to the final meeting at immigration, they were professional and knowledgeable. Please, don't question this decision. Moving to Thailand has its challenges, but Thailand Blueprint rounded all of the corners, and all we had to worry about was where to eat.

Adam, Wat, and Preaw all did an excellent job from explaining the application process, executing each step, and helping me successfully relocate to Thailand. I used Thailand Blueprint for full relocation support, including my LTR visa, condo search, lease assistance, Thai bank account setup, and mobile phone plan. The entire team was professional, responsive, and patient with all of my questions. Adam helped guide the overall plan, Preaw handled the visa process and communication, and Wat personally assisted me in Bangkok with BOI, banking, and local setup. Moving to a new country can be stressful, but they made the process much easier and more organized. I highly recommend Thailand Blueprint to anyone serious about relocating to Thailand.

Thailand Blueprint made the whole relocation process from Singapore to Bangkok a very smooth one. From keeping us updated every step of the way, to helping liaise with the pet relocation agency, opening a bank account, finding accommodation - much appreciation to Wat and his team! Highly recommended to everyone looking to move to this beautiful country.

We are a retired military family from the United States. We received excellent relocation support from the Thailand Blueprint Team (Adam, Wat and Preaw)!! I had concerns about my Autistic son being approved because he is over the age of 18. They are seasoned professionals and we were able to get our paperwork submitted and approved for LTR Visas for my family.

5/5 Stars – Flawless, Stress-Free Experience from Start to Finish!
Moving to a new country can be incredibly daunting, but Thailand Blueprint made securing my retirement visa completely effortless. Because their team can handle almost the entire process remotely, I didn’t have to stress about running around between offices.
A massive shout-out to Watt, who was absolutely phenomenal. Watt’s communication was top-tier—always fast to reply, exceptionally clear about exactly what was needed, and incredibly reassuring throughout.
If you are worried about navigating confusing paperwork, opening Thai bank accounts, meeting the strict financial requirements, or dealing with immigration offices on your own, save yourself the headache and hire Thailand Blueprint. They got everything done much quicker than I ever expected. Thanks to Watt and the team, I am now happily settled and enjoying my retirement in beautiful Hua Hin. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Wat & his team made things easy. From getting organised in Australia before coming to Thailand to getting retirement Visa once in Thailand , extensions & help registering a car things ran smoothly. With all the endless red tape I would have been pulling my hair out (what little i have !). If you like stress, do it yourself!!
If you want to use professionals I would recommend Wat, Fah & their team . They are also very nice people whic helps.

We found Thailand Blueprint to be very professional and responsive to any query we had from start to finish.
We applied for our Non O visa and it was handled with much professionalism and went very smoothly. They applied for the evisa for Australia and then when we arrived in Bangkok we met at the bank and our bank accounts were opened, no stress no worries. we then transferred 800k baht into our accounts. A few weeks later back to Bangkok for our visa extension and multiple entry stamp. A visit to the bank then off to immigration, all in one day. Finished early afternoon and all we had to do was photos and signatures.
The stress was taken out of the equation.
Wat and Fah were professional and friendly every step of the way.
I know others say you can do this yourself, BUT, would you want to? Why put yourself through the stress of it all when in another country and a language barrier. Thailand Blueprint made it so less stressful so I would highly recommend the team if you are contemplating using an agent for your visa or relocation to Thailand.
They thoroughly deserve the 5⭐️ reviews.

Moving to Thailand on a retirement visa was stressful enough. They really made the visa application process easy and stress-free. There are several steps to get it all done but the staff was extremely helpful.

These guys are awesome, not just Visa's as well, the full package if you want it, driving licenses, bank accounts, phones, Condo tours, made my relocation a walk in the park. Great customer secure portal for uploading requested documents, highly recommended.

I’m very happy and glad i went through Thailand Blueprint for my non immigrant O visa. I was considering the OA visa but they advised me otherwise. Opening a bank account and obtaining the visa was seamless. Having been at the Immigration centre, it can be daunting for those considering doing this on their own. It is definitely worth outsourcing this stress to them :-))

Adam and Wat were helpful, informative and responsive. I would highly recommend them to family and friends considering moving to Thailand.

Thanks guys!

I got to say, Wat and Adam are the best people you will find here in bangkok if you need help getting a visa. I'm a retired American veteran married to a Tanzanian wife and their whole team has been helpful and accommodating in our visa struggles here in thailand. Wat has been there with us holding our hands and explaining the process every step of the way. I tried doing a few things on my own thinking it would be so simple, which wasted 2 days of walking around bangkok. All phone calls or questions emailed have been returned in a timely manner. Great team you can trust and trust is worth every penny in my book. I know that I could of never done everything on my own. Having someone who can speak to the immigration staff while you are there just makes everything easier. So glad I found them. I would give them 11 stars if I could.

My wife and I have been contemplating on retiring to Thailand for several years now. A major reason why we have not begin our visa application process is the ‘complexity’ of Thailand’s retirement visa system; the unclear requirements and not having the right ‘guidance’ in applying and obtaining our retirement visas! In short, we were confused, hesitant and wondering if the whole process was going to be a mountain we were willing to climb!
That is before we met Wat at Thailand BluePrint. During the past two weeks and many email exchanges so far, Wat has demonstrated to us his patience, his expertise in guiding us through the Thai visa maze. I spent nearly eighteen months trying to understand the Thai visa application process from beginning to end but still with many questions of my own. Then I found Wat and in less than six email exchanges so far, I am very clear of Thailand’s retirement visa requirements for a couple in our situation. Wat has not only lifted the fog in our minds, but his strong desire to contribute to us finally reaching our retirement goals are genuine and trustworthy. We can now see the ‘rainbow’ at the end of our search!
I highly recommend Wat and this company for all your Thailand visa struggles!
Thank you Wat!
Sincerely,
Brian Chow

The company provided clear, direct, answers to all of our questions and made the visa process quicker and much easier than it would have been otherwise.

The process of getting the Non-A retirement visa was straightforward. Wat was very helpful and explained the process and everything with regards to the visa. He got the visa done at immigration and was also present to open the bank account. Cost of visa and service was specified and charged accordingly once the work was completed. Highly recommend Thailand blueprint and Wat for their services in Bangkok.
