TFS Gates Arvostelua

TFS have been a pleasure to buy from - I can strongly recommend them. From my initial contact with sales (Aaron McCaw) including detailed discussions of technical issues, up to delivery of my gate on time, they have been an extremely efficient company. Where I have needed alternative components to complete my installation, they have been promptly dispatched to arrive the next day by courier. I investigated obtaining my gate from two other suppliers before choosing TFS . My experience with them was deeply frustrating. In contrast, TFS have been outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them more - and the gate is beautifully made and looks great.

From the very start talking with TFS about my bespoke gate was really easy thanks to aaron who helped us a lot with correct measurements and supplying drawings for us to approve before manufacture
Tanks to Sonya for arraning delivery and to the pleasant driver who delivered the gate to us
I would definitely recommend this company service is 1st class and the qaulity of the door is second to non

An incredibly professional, efficient and highly trustworthy company.
Greg and his team fabricated an amazing set of personalised aluminium gates. Their communication was fantastic throughout. Even though the installer let us down, TFS did everything possible to make sure that it didn’t affect the delivery of our dream gates.
A huge thank you to Greg and his team for supplying a 5*+ service. Highly recommended.

From the beginning, particularly Aaron, TFS gates have been very helpful with my enquiries and advice. My gates look fantastic, very well made and excellent quality and finish. Would definitely recommend.

These Guys are top class don't go anywhere else TFS are one of the best companies I've come across right throughout the process they were on hand and the gate that they delivered is a thing of beauty hats off to you guys really pleased cant fault you. Thanks again

We are so pleased we went to TFS for our new gates. From first speaking to Aaron on the phone we went to Cheshire to discuss what we wanted. Aaron & Greg were so helpful, they showed us the type of materials the gates were made of. They took the time to make sure we had all the options to make the best decision for the purchase of our gates. They put us in touch with Chris & Lewis from CJM Automation who would be installing the gates. Aaron even made follow up calls from order to installation to make sure we were happy with everything.
Chris & Lewis were so professional they kept us informed on the process. They did an excellent job of the installation and cleared all rubbish away when the job was completed. Both men were very friendly and approachable which meant a lot to us.
All in all between Aaron & Greg at TFS and Chris & Lewis from CJM Automation it's been brilliant. We absolutely love our gates.
Thankyou all.

Very helpful service and advice. Aaron took the time to help us choose the right gate and it was ideal. Good quality and value for money.

Excellent service from Aaron who was able to advise and answer my many questions regarding the gate specifications that could be achieved. Really fantastic to feel that my requirements mattered and the gate would be exactly what I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Aaron at TFS Gates provided excellent customer service throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for before recommending the best option. No pressure, just honest advice and great communication. A credit to the company.

I had a great telephone conversation with Aaron, helping and advising me of my options regardless of how long it took. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I can’t praise him enough. Definitely a 5 star rating. Thank you 👍

Found TFS through the Internet, we visited and was greeted by Vernon who talked us through different options, very knowledgeable, polite, with no hard sell, this man knows his stuff. We were super impressed by the quality of the gates. We had already looked at other suppliers, but they didnt come close with regards to quality. customer service second to none with any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Polite professional friendly service. Fully supportive service experience. Highly recommended. Aaron was very helpful and friendly and professional.

First of all the quality of the front gates/side gate and fence inserts is first rate. From the first interaction with Aaron (TFS) who gave me a ball park figure and then passing my info onto Simon (SJS Gates) who installed them and then he controlled everything and when the install days happened (even 1 day early than planned!) Simon and Nathan were who you would want a professional installer to be. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic company from top to bottom! I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, more than helpful with any enquiry and the product speaks for itself. I’ve purchased over 20 sets of aluminium gates from TFS over the past 12 months and can’t fault them. Every single one of my customers have been over the moon which reflects good on my business. If you’re looking for a high end driveway gate or just some accessories give these guys a go, you won’t be disappointed that’s for sure.

Got in touch with TFS gates, where I was put through to Aaron , who was very courteous and informative.

Gave Aaron my details ( who then as promised and unlike other companies) sent me a breakdown of the materials and cost .

Rang Aaron to explain that the gates where something I’d be requiring in the future and it was more of a tentative enquiry.

Aaron was very polite and there was no case of a”hard sell”.

Aaron was a pleasure to deal with.

Would highly recommend.

Aaron at TFS Gates was exceptionally helpful over the phone. He took time to look at all the options for gate installation and provided an honest assessment based on the information that was available.

Very helpful, professional and courteous people

Aaron from Tfs is an absolute superstar

The communication with Barry from TFS was very fast and clear. We visited and were impressed with the quality of the gates. They arrived when we were told they would and I installed them myself.
Very happy with the results.
