No response to emails; test results are questionable
My test results revealed a number of sensitivities, but they did not reveal a known allergen. I have emailed them twice for clarification as to how this could happen, and how this impacts the reliability of the other results. If their tests cannot detect a known allergen, how can I rely on their results?!
I have had NO RESPONSE to two separate enquiries. This is unacceptable customer service when you are talking about someone's health and potential life-altering test results.
