I wrote several messages to support asking them to deactivate my account because I can't log in and the payment has been sent, which I neither receive nor deactivate my account.

I’ve downloaded this app twice and I have been nothing but disappointed. First of all, the app takes ages for it to update to whatever level you are on in whatever game you are playing. That’s why I deleted it the first time. Second of all, you earn about 20p per 10 levels. It’s an absolute scam and a waste of time. The adverts for this app are misleading and paint it to be this amazing game where you can earn £200 but in reality, you earn around 20-30p per however many levels they pay you for. It’ll take you around, realistically, 7 months for you to earn £10. Those people on the adverts who earn all of that ‘legit’ money are just doing it to scam and lie to you. They show you ‘screenshots’ of their ‘£74.00’ which of course is edited or AI. And the worst possible thing is the mini games after the ‘people’ speak about how ‘amazing’ and ‘legit’ the app is, the mini games after has a money counter at the top of the screen while playing the advert, and you end up with a lot of money when really, that’s not what actually happens in the Testerup app. They also make you pay in app purchases for higher levels which is disgusting. You’re better off just playing the games without the money. Don’t waste your time. They are scammers and frauds. It’s embarrassing really that they feel as though they need to do this. I’m embarrassed for them.

I enjoyed playing the games offered and did well; however, when I was approaching the 70$ withdrawal threshold, they “updated” their platform and I can no longer access my account. We went back and forth with passwords and so on and so on, but this was never resolved. I used every login method I have to no avail. Put a lot of time in and lost almost 80$

Really fed up as it update the Testerup app. It wouldn't allow me to take the money out before the update and then after the update it took all the money and so I have lost £150 in total. Don't play it. Its a con.

I did cash out the £70 but it took me about 8 months, loads of ads. Took 4 days for money to go into paypal

So I was bombarded with ads saying I’d make £200 a day. So I thought ok, play games, earn money, I’ll try it. 3 days in and several hours lost I’ve earned 20p. It’s a con. Don’t bother.

Steer clear! Remember that saying.' If it's too good to be true, it probably is.' Yes you can get money but you have to work hard. It's not as easy as implied in the adverts that try to brain wash you.

I busted my butt for over a friggin YEAR and finally reached the $70 dollar cash out option, right? BUT because my phone was stolen at one point last year, I lost access into my Google account which my testerup account was linked to so I ended up making another account. No I didn't reading the fine print whilst signing up (which i should have). I eventually got back into my old account and just continued on or whatever and I was able to cash out finally. I've never been verified on their app for a cash out, EVER. so whilst I'm scanning my face, after it's all finished it literally logs me out and tells me that my account has been terminated for going against their rules. So I'm like, ooookay? Like I've paid money and stuff in the past in these stupid games and whatnot. I know it may seem petty, but it's still messed up and not cool

I have been playing this game for a while and it was close to payout today and they blocked my account for no reason, I need my account back or pay me for my time and effort i had £39.50 in there which I know i can cash out today, so please fix this asap, it is terrible because that you advertise something and go against it.

After all my time you close my account because you don't want to pay out, I need this rectified asap

They would get more then a 5 star if I could rate them higher! They are legit! When I reached my $70 to cash out they were very fast in paying me thru PayPal. I think i had to wait 3 days if that and they tell you this up front so there are no surprises or cons or scams as some are saying! No this is not gonna be a full time job sorry just not how it works! You gonna have to put some time and effort in playing the games and maybe buy some game bundles but it's fun and they offer a lot of different games for you to test out. Make sure you haven't already previously downloaded the game or u won't get credit but again they tell you all this when u sign up so no scams! I definitely recommend if your looking for a Lil fun and to make a lil money possibly doing it!

I join the negative reviews. On January 4, I was approved for payment of the reward, today is the 12th - no money. Cheaters! How do you feel when you deceive people?

I've played a slots game and luckily I won 7 trillions and of course my bet was huge and consequently my level progression was on fire. They refuse to pay the last threshold saying I have used a von and didn't follow the T&Cs. When confronted they keep saying the same thing without any evidence and in the end they've ignored my emails. Shortly after they've closed my account for another false accusation, a general "you are not following out T&Cs" robotic text.
Confronted again and they same bot reply with a lot of words but saying nothing reasonable. Of course, I had more then £50 in my account on which they will keep it apart from companies share. Don't waste your time!!!

Was fine in the beginning

£70 cash out is steap, considering the advertising they put out says can cash out whatever (£12, £20 etc)

Stopped tracking my progress on one app, opened tickets and emailed. Ignored

It’s takes ages to get to £70 unless you sit there religiously and purchase things in the apps as well

Why are they promoting this crap and who do they think they are.

They stopped tracking my progress and when I opened help tickets, they ignored me, so I tried cashing out and they wouldn't let me because I was under the $70 threshold, which I wouldn't have even been under if they had been tracking my progress like they're supposed to. They're just a bunch of thieves. I think the games that do business with them should also be held accountable for having such a terrible association.

No Reply No Legit Email It says Delivery Failed. When I tried to sign up and it tells me to contact them.

This so called company is a complete scam they don’t pay you for the testings, I’m wasted a lot of time playing the games. these shysters are pocketing my hard earned money

I've tried many different apps and sites games and survey and after three weeks of dedicated game playing on this site have today received a Paypal payment of £73/00 yes it's genuine I'd wholly recommend it . Great stuff thanks Testerup

I cannot for the life of me get this app to run properly, its isnt asking for permissions and therefore not tracking, also i cant change my details in the app although I can online.
