There a bunch of liars I played one game all the way to 2000 no payout then 2400 and still nothing and then to try to get someone is ridiculous. No help they have u put in a claim and no one responds

I’ve spent 2-3 months playing games and slowly building up a decent amount of money (around £64), only to find out today that my account has been scrubbed and I’m back at square one losing everything I earned. This company is an absolute disgrace and clearly a scam. Do yourselves a favour, AVOID IT!!!

I downloaded a game through Testerup exactly as instructed and spent hours playing, reaching Level 20. Despite this, none of my progress was tracked because of what appears to be an issue with Testerup’s tracking system.

I contacted support and even provided photo evidence showing the game was downloaded through their app and that I’d reached Level 20. Instead of investigating, they simply claimed the installation wasn’t recorded and refused to reward or manually review my progress.

When their own tracking fails, the customer is left with no way to claim their reward, regardless of the time and effort invested. My first experience with Testerup has been incredibly frustrating, and I won’t be using the app again. Use with caution if you value your time.

Testerup app is a total scam. I have had the account for years and got up to $72.50 in payout after playing games, watching ads, and in game purchases. The app claimed it had to do a verification first it scanned my face than gave me a bogus statement due to security we are going to suspend your account. What type of verification doesn't check your id before it scans your face ....what is it matching to verify you. They are a total scam to make money off people.

Also I had two games that was not showing up on my payout which left $28 earnings not included in the $72.50 credit. This is very disappointing after months of my time and money.

Its fine til you dont get what is promised for your efforts.

Level not getting rewarded. I’ve always installed via the tester up link and queried it with them via email. No answer from support. I’ve done surveys on it too, completed them and never recieved payment in my pot. Wouldn’t bother.

Several times now I’ve downloaded a game for the first time and done what was asked and it’s never tracked I’ve even installed it. I have not been paid out and I do not know how to get support.

I started to play on Testerup beginning of this year, spent a huge amount of time over a three months period on one game. I did get paid after struggling with ID check. I started playing again 2 months ago. This one game, I completed 50 levels. All levels were tracked except level 30 and 39, so I contacted them. To my shock, they replied (after a while) saying that the reward can not be granted due to violation of their terms. After a few back and forth, they are still unable to provide evidence of the violation or specify what the violation is. It is extremely frustrating as I spent a lot of time again over the past 2 months playing the games and have accumulated some cash with them. Since I have not reached the £70 payout limit, all the money would be wasted if I stop playing their games. It is getting more and more likely Testerup is finding all sorts of excuses not paying out. If you haven't started playing their games, DO NOT USE THEM!

It takes ages to make the minimum cash-out sum of £35, especially if you make no purchases; even with purchases your earnings don't add up that quickly. Took me months to earn my first £35 - and that's with some purchases, now I've not only been at the same earnings amount for ages, but two of the games I play no longer record the levels I pass correctly - meaning payouts I should get, I don't! I did email them when this happened with the first game ...... they never got back to me. Just a big con!

My progress hasn't tracked since 7/6/26, I've completed loads of levels on Gardenscapes and testerup support responded saying I have used a prohibited system so rewards won't credit - i haven't used any such thing & when I have replied to ask for an actual explanation I have been ignored! DO NOT USE TESTERUP

Huge scam. You will play games and “earn” the money. Then once it’s payout time, they will decline and payment and say that you “violated” the terms and conditions. Don’t waste your time.

I've been playing since last year never had an issue. Now they have become sketchy! I have made the most I have ever had playing and spending most of my time on games, I am currently in a high risk pregnancy and I do this to make extra income. Anyway, I made 100 in one week, as soon as I go to withdraw I am blocked, and my account is suspended. Do not download! Terrible app, no follow up from staff.

Scam?
The payment is an issue, managed to get funds once, but then after spending hours on the platform, it wouldn’t let me pay out. Kept declining. Submitted a ticket and was told within 48 hours…..
48 hours comes and goes, no contact! Come Monday morning the account was deactivated by them and told couldn’t get the £55 because of terms and conditions violations. Never broke them one. Not even a further explanation or a way to speak about it.

Still waiting to hear back from the ticket but from what I have heard the communication is terrible. I honestly think it’s a pure scam. Please be careful.

I was a bit suspicious of the adverts, but what’s the harm in trying…
I have played for months. I have played it a lot. Airports, home., trains, I have progressed a lot in the games I played. But months and months have passed and I have the grand total of £6.75. £5 of which was a starting bonus. So I have earned £1.75 in over six months and I have played a lot!

Send my recommendation to anyone thinking about using this app is don’t. You are more likely to find more money in the loose Change you have lost in pockets and the back of drawers in your home.

Seriously, I’ve played four months a lot. I’m not just saying it. I actually done it. One of the games I played was Monopoly Go. I don’t think I ever got so far in a game before. when I got to level 50 I thought something might happen. I thought that might be worth earning something, and nothing happened but like a Muppet I kept playing!

Don’t lose this app unless you want to be disappointed or have your scepticism and validated.

Complete scam. Was earning rewards fine then suddenly it stopped counting progress on any games even new ones so rewards stopped earning and now can’t even get onto the app to check anything.
Did send an email a while ago because one game didn’t record any progress from the download stage yet never received any response.
Now it will not let me in to my account at all.
Never use this company.

Absolutely is a scam !
Adverts are very misleading, the games you play are nothing like the advertised ones that are used to lure you in.
The actual games you have to play for days / weeks to get any sort of reward, then you have to try and get your money as many don’t get paid out.
If you think you get money for playing games then don’t look here !

I completed all the tasks from Coin Master-Board Adventure.
I spent hours of hard work completing offers and managed to reach £260 in my Testerup account. When I finally tried to verify my identity to withdraw my money to PayPal, the app blocked my account instantly.
I was following the instructions perfectly: I was in a well-lit room, with a plain white background, and the app asked me to move closer to the camera. As soon as I did, I was banned. This is clearly a major technical glitch in your verification software, as I am a real person who did absolutely nothing wrong.
I have already opened a support ticket with a screenshot of the block screen. I demand that a human agent reviews my case, checks my honest progress, and resets the verification process so I can withdraw the money I worked so hard for.
