This is a really cool car. I started out with a problem starting the car. But after the great customer service I was able to get it going.

Easy to book and simple. Highly recommended !

Will definitely rent again! Great experience soup to nuts!

Car was super clean. Drop off and pickup process was all touchfree. Modem S was so much fun

Drives amazing , wonderful car!!! 10/10

This was my first time driving a Tesla. The staff helped me every step of the way. Quick to respond as well. They kept in touch and gave me little tips along the way. I really appreciated it. The car was great and once you get used to the hi-tech features it’s really great. I will definitely rent again. Better deal and price than Turo. And for the most part you save on using your own credit card or car insurance as opposed to using Turo’s (high rates for base or premium). Hertz and other big brand rental companies barely have any Tesla’s available as well and other brands price Teslas at a daily rate comparable to a fancy foreign sports car.

Great experience. Met all my standards.

Everything was remoteless and so efficient!!

everything was great, with the help of you there was an unforgettable trip around the usa, excellent staff, helped in everything, friendly

We had a small bump in the process because of the previous guest but they made it up to us with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!!!!!!

It was great and Tesla agents were very helpful!

The whole process was easy and the company was so accommodating. I had to reschedule last minute and they were able to for me in and then I wanted to move my rental date again and they did it! I had a bunch of questions that they answered and didn’t make me feel silly about. Then when I got the car (first time driver, rented the model x) I had to call Jason several times to figure stuff out and he was so patient and kind.
The car was beautiful and worked well. Def will recommend this company to others and will use it again.

Great experience! Other than minor cosmetic and small damage in the car, but doesn't hinder my driving! The people that I talk to are very helpful and outstanding in providing customer service.

What a great concept and experience. Picking up in Jersey City from Manhattan added about $100 in Uber fees and some time, so a delivery/pick-up might’ve been the only improvement- but not a huge deal. The pick-up and drop off was super simple. Great fun!

Great experience. Pick up and drop off was simple. Always very responsive to texts whenever we had questions. 100% recommend.

Clear fees, fast rental, no need to deal with agents that want to sell add ons, as a personal recommendation, take photos before using the car, and when you deliver it, could be helpful in case of a incident

This is the future of what will be the top car rental experience. Best cars, use of technology all around and maximum flexibility on locations and timing.
