Bottom Line Up Front: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Bought the pro guard noise reduction and weather proofing kit. It promises a video walk through. I bought for a Tesla Model S, but their instructions were a black and white printed page of photos of the car doors without any instructions, and the video walkthrough was for a Tesla Model Y which is a totally different vehicle! The doors are not the same. 50% of what they sent didnt work. The other 50% could have been bought for around $25-$35 on my own from Lowes or Home Depot. I doubt they will last long. My rating is before even trying to drive my car because I am that disappointed.

Purchased a rear screen for my model 3 and cannot connect to it. Have tried customer service 6 times and not 1 return mail. Terribly service if at all. Once bitten will not use again and encourage other to go somewhere else.

I bought the Spacebox, received it, and after two days of use it was clear the product interface was poorly designed and interfered with other Cybertruck functions.
I requested a return authorization by email three weeks ago. Since then, I've emailed them nearly every day — zero response.
Their only listed phone number, for HUBS TRADING GROUP LTD in the UK, is disconnected. Yet their website is fully active and happily taking new orders.

A company that eagerly takes your money but then disappears the moment you need to return something isn't running a legitimate business.

This is straight-up unacceptable.

I ordered hbox tesla carplay based on their advertisement, but it turn out opposite of what they were saying. After I decided to return it, there's poor customer service support and I was asked to ship it with my expenses and too expensive for the shipment almost half price of the device

This company is a scam. I purchased things at a reasonable price off of a Facebook just before Black Friday at Thanksgiving. I didn't look at the email when it came it. Turns out the invoice didn't give me the great prices that I had been shown online. My bad for not checking, but who can imagine they'd change the amounts from what I typed on the online order to what they charged me.

They took over 6 weeks to get me the things I paid for and so I missed being able to give them as Xmas presents. When they arrives - I found out that they charged me more. I immediately sent them back at my expense. Asking for my refund, they lied to me repeatedly over 10 emails. I had to go through a grievance process with American Express to get them to refund the return. I only received reimbursement today, over 6 months later.

Teslahubs is the absolute worst. So not buy through this dishonest, time-wasting company.

I have purchased 2 times on this site and they sent me cheaper products and not even the one I bought.

Tesla Space box works great. Perfectly integrated and controllable through in my central model S touch screen. No audio/video sync issues. Took a bit of time to set it up (Tesla hubs: please make a better video for this!) but well worth the effort and patience. Great value cost wise too.

Received an incomplete package BLIS product. I have contacted them 3-4 times and told that technical support will get back to me. So far crickets. Also attempted to return the item for a replacement but the product is out of stock. Disappointing given my previous experience with another product.

scammers they try to charge restocking for defective POS products and you must pay shipping and they don’t respond. Stay away from them and do not purchase anything!

Two separate products. Two separate problems. Same useless support every time.

I've purchased from TeslaHubs twice and had issues both times. The first
was a Space Box CarPlay device that simply did not work. After weeks of
back-and-forth, they asked me to perform a manual firmware update —
downloading files from a random Google Drive link, reformatting a drive,
and attempting the update multiple times. It failed every attempt. When I
requested a refund, they refused to process it without a return first. The
return address they provided was to a company called "FC Western Bid" — not
TeslaHubs. This is a dropship operation shipping from China, not the
brand-name company they present themselves as.

After months of escalation attempts, I eventually gave up on the return
because I was too busy to deal with the logistics. That's not a resolution
— that's a deliberate strategy to wear customers down.

My second experience involved a subscription charge I didn't recognize and
an order I hadn't placed. When I contacted support flagging it as
potentially unauthorized, the response from their agent was "Can you
clarify please?" — a four-word reply to what I described as a potential
security issue.

Their support script is identical every single time: a cheerful opening
("So sorry to hear you're not satisfied!"), vague commitment to "resolve
the issue," and then stonewalling. There is no escalation path and no
accountability.

Two products. Two failed experiences. Zero resolution. Save yourself the
frustration and buy Tesla accessories from a supplier with actual
accountability.

The product doesn’t work. It doesn’t let the frunk and trunk close. It is completely useless and can even damage the car. Now I am trying to get a refund and everything is a problem, it looks like I have to support all return costs.

I bought ProGuard adhesive strips meant to isolate sound. I installed them, but they don't stick-they just fall off on their own. I returned the product, and not only was I asked to pay for the return shipping, but also a fee on top of the amount I paid. To make things worse, it's been three months since they promised me a refund, and I still haven't received the credit on my card. Avoid this company and don't buy from them-it's a scam.

Don't ever buy from Teslahubs. The company is a scam. There is no phone to communicate, only via email. They received the return item but will make a case they can't refund money back to credit card. Then dragged the process out to 90 days that they need to work with their finance team. Once 90 days passed, they said the refund was processed and threw you back to get in touch with credit card. At this point, credit card company said they don't see any refund and it passed 90 days for dispute.

I ordered a set of brake caliper covers. They were very cheap and flimsy, and came with a cheap Tesla sticker to apply.
I asked for a return and they are giving me a hard time.,

I ordered caliper covers and I had to reorder them because the first order went to my old address when I moved. Not a big deal because they shipped before I could change the address. Well I ordered another set and SPECIFICALLY changed my delivery address and they STILL sent it to my old address. I spent $380 and no products to show for it. I'm extremely disappointed they did not pay attention to detail. I emailed the company and I hope they send a replacement to the CORRECT address.

ZERO!!! I should have come to TP first. What a joke teslahubs or western bid whatever they call themselves they are terrible and should not have a presence in the web. What an absolute disaster. Fraud for sure. I am the dupe but they are FRAUDS. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I mailed the product back to y’all for a refund because I could not get it to work with my Tesla and I have not received a refund as of yet

Shipping was painfully slow. The space box was suppose to be the new improved version of car play. Nothing but connection issues. Claimed that it will auto connect. Not true, constantly disconnects and takes about 5 steps to reconnect. Obviously, not safe to do so while driving. Getting to watch YouTube or Netflix still has not been a pleasant experience. Nothing but stuttering issues. I have spent over $750 at Teslahubs. Ultimately, most of their products have been cheap Chinese products rebranded to seem like they are quality products. Two years have passed and still no support or refund for the first car play device. Support is terrible. They string you along until you just give up.

It came pretty quickly and works perfectly on my M3. I've been using it for almost 6 months now, and it functions just like regular CarPlay—surprisingly well!
Overall, this product is solid and worth it!
