After trying to follow up with an issue that should have been a quick fix it is now a longwinded saga.
Also don't believe the refund blurb about customer satisfaction.

Terra Wellness - They sent the wrong item, refused to collect it and refused to give a full refund. Unable to get through on their mobile number. 3 weeks of stress, several emails per day, different people responding, until I gave up as was putting myself under too much stress. This is what they hope for, people give up and give in. I have never been treated so badly by a business, this is the first bad review I have ever written.

I bought from Terra wellness a vibration machine to improve my health.I t was delivered on time,but was missing a remote control.I got in touch with support team for about 5 weeks sending them numerous e.mails with photo proof of missing remote control I couldn’t resolve this matter. They completely fail to address the issue by simply providing a missing part.It was very stressful and unnecessary behaviour.

I wrote a review last week about my 6 week email chain back and forth about an exchange for a faulty product. Terra wellness replied to my trust pilot message, so I gave them a second chance and emailed them as directed and they haven't responded- what a performance. Happy to include screenshots

Refund policy an absolute joke. Look around their website and you’ll find conflicting information about returns. Shipping from CHINA not Sydney. Absolute con artists masquerading as a local Aussie company, using crappy ai responses to make it look like they care. They don’t. I am sure they are breaking multiple consumer rights laws. Avoid at all
Costs, if you’re already a customer then just complain loudly and follow up through your bank or payment method.

Oh, and they will try and bargain with you to accept a lower percentage of your money back, contrary to their stated refund policies. It is absolutely unfair and unethical.

I purchased a grounding sheet, returned it under the 90 day return policy I have been waiting 3 months for my refund and they are no longer responding to me. DO NOT deal with this company.

This company appears to be a scam. At the very least their refund policy is immoral and against consumer law.

I purchased a 20kg weight vest. It arrived without any weights. I asked if they could ship the weights showed proof they said they could not. They offered a 50% refund or I could ship it back without reimbursement of shipping costs to get a refund on the product (A. The weights would cost more than just a vest so 50 percent is useless and B. How could i even find weights of a specific size for their specific vest C. Why should a consumer pay for shipping back when it is a company error).

Anyone that is dealing with similar issues go through your bank and issue a refund. The company clearly does not care about its customers and is willing to screw them for their own mistakes.

Terra wellness turspilot response seems to be ai. Ah yes please email the address that you have been contacting the whole time. Why would that do anything after i tried to get an appropriate refund through there and was told reimbursement is against out policy. Joke of a response.

I purchased a walking stick that had a light for use at night. What I received in the mail was not what I ordered. It was a basic walking stick with no light. I sent pictures to the business to get them to send me the item that I paid for and was advised that they understand that there may be some differences in appearance, packaging, or presentation compared with the product images shown online, and apologised for any confusion this has caused. As far as I am concerned there was no confusion, what I received does not match the item on the website. I am not prepared to accept this false advertising and am disputing the transaction for a refund of my money

Beware SCAM.I purchased the ergonomic pillow and WOW what a disappointment. When I unwrapped it out of what looked like a garbage bag the zipper was broken and the stuffing was hanging out. But that was only the start. Don’t believe their refund policy as they use stalling tactics and then constantly change what they will refund. I haven’t yet received a cent of this company.

placed an order for butterfly pillow mid august 2026.
Didnt realise they drop ship from China.
Yes freight from China experiences delays based on the amount of freight being sent out.
Original delivery daye was 8days once the order was placed.
Its now 3weeks. The parcel has arrived in Australia and stuck in limbo at a depot in Melbourne and being bounced around between two couriers. Both couriers databases are saying the par vel is out for delivery but cant find the parcel in their tracking system
Terra Wellness Drop ship. They dont hold stock in Australia and use cheap 2nd level couriers

UPDATE..... 6 WEEKS AFTER ORIGINAL COMPLAINT I SUCESSFULLY RECEIVED MY REFUND OF SALE PRICE LESS 15% AS PER REFUND POLICY. THANKS TO VICTORIAN FAIR TRADE. THEY CONTACTED THE COMPANY YESTERDAY, REFUND CONFIRMED EMAIL TODAY 16/09/2026. DEFINITELY PUT IN A COMPLAINT IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE OUTCOME AS PER THEIR EMAIL POLICY.
I would give zero stars ⭐ if it was an option. Purchased an Everfit Vibration Machine on 4th August 2026. The product received was a cheap brand with an instruction manual for a Crazy Fit Massager. Contacted company and they offered me a refund of 20%. When I said that their refund policy stated that within 14 days of purchase they would refund purchase price less 15% and you keep the product. They have replied to my request several times offering 50% refund, which I have declined several times. They have told me that if I returned the product (with me paying for return costs) they will assess before refunding. I have put in a complaint to both th ACCC & Victorian Department of Fair Trade.
Sick of the AI BOTS replying to my emails

I ordered a pillow on 14 August, thinking the store was based in Victoria and expecting delivery to Sydney within 2-3 days. It’s now 27 August, and the tracking shows that the parcel is only at the airport because it is actually being shipped from China.

I really wish this had been made much clearer on the website before ordering. If I had known the product was being shipped internationally and would take this long, I probably wouldn’t have placed the order.

Very disappointing, especially when you’re expecting to support/order from what appears to be an Australian-based store. Clear information about where products are shipped from and realistic delivery timeframes should be provided upfront.

SCAM, set up as an automatic payment through PayPal without my knowledge or consent once I realised goods were not received or sent and kept blowing me off for months without any follow up. Watton investments is where money was sent.

I am waiting on a my package to arrive! It has been in transit since the 12th of August today now being the 26th of August!! They respond to my emails with generic ai automated responses! 4-8 days delivery it said when I ordered!! Really frustrating!!

This website offers 90 day money back guarantee/home trial and a 100% Refund. Neither statement is true. I contacted them about a butterfly pillow I purchased and trialed for a few days - it wasn’t suitable. They offered me a store credit plus 15% OR a 15% refund. It took 22 email exchanges to be able to use the store credit. I couldn’t use the 15% “bonus”. I ordered a set of three titanium cutting boards to use the credit. What finally arrived was ONE tiny metallic board. Their emails say they are a small family company - rubbish. I would never recommend buying anything from this site. My advice is if a website does not offer PayPal as a method of payment DONT PURCHASE FROM THRM.

Product nothing like what was pictured. Refund policy is deceptive and the company doesn’t follow it. Pay for express postage and still takes weeks for product to arrive. Do not buy from this company. If I could give zero stars I would. Staff done care. Better to purchase from Temu.

After reaching out to ask for assistance with the delivery of my product all I got was a generic reply saying I should check the tracking. This was so disappointing considering it is their product that I have PAID for and they were not at all willing or cared about assisting to help we actually receive what I had PAID for. I would have thought if they wanted the customer to be happy with their service they would at a least try to assist after all it is them that engage the courier company and they are doing NOTHING to help. So disappointed in this especially when they are an Australian business. Won't shop here again.

Ordered and recived a glass air fryer and had no complaints. But after a few uses the glass bowl started cracking. We contacted them starting on the 29 of June with photos and an explanation. They asked for more photos so we sent them, then they asked for videos and different photos. Then no reply from Terra Wellness. I contacted them again on the 4 th of August and they pretended to not know anything about our case. I then asked for a full refund and have not heard back from them since. Tried contacting the maker of the air fryer and they won’t answer at all

We ordered 6 chairs from Terrawellness back in May. Five were delivered, but the sixth chair never arrived. We were told it would come on a separate shipment, so we waited patiently.

A month later, we were still chasing the missing chair. We have now reached the point where our emails are simply being ignored, and despite the chair not being delivered, Terrawellness has also failed to return the $237.60 that we are owed.

What is particularly disappointing is that this is a family business. You would expect a family-run company to genuinely care about its customers and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite.

It is quite shameful that we have had to spend so much time chasing a relatively straightforward issue. This is the kind of behaviour people often associate with large corporations, which is one of the reasons customers choose to support smaller, family-owned businesses in the first place. Sadly, in this case, we have found ourselves thinking that a large corporation might actually have a better complaints process and would at least respond to its customers.

We are not asking for anything unreasonable — either deliver the chair we paid for or refund the $237.60 owed to us. Ignoring customers is not an acceptable way to resolve a complaint.

Very disappointing experience. We hope Terrawellness eventually does the right thing. THEY HAVE THEN REPLIED HERE AND IGNORED ALL OUR EMAILS!? We have now lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs VIC...they should be ashamed.

The worst experience ever, I did a big order on June 10, I'm still waiting. I have email and no tracking number or a real answer. I asked for a refund and nothing. No product no refund. Don't buy in this store, the worst experience.
I sent a few email and I called to the phone number but nothing, they don't have an answer, I asked for a refund and they stop to reply the emails. The person from the phone is even worst, they told me we will send you and email and nothing, of course no answer after that.
