Haven‘t received no refund or proper communication…
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After being treated with indifference by staff at the Amsterdam location, I had no choice but to place my order online. Unfortunately, that experience was even worse.
I placed my order on the 16th of March and still haven’t received a refund—or any acceptable communication. Emails are either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses.
It’s unacceptable to leave a customer in the dark for nearly two months with no resolution. I’ve been more than patient, but at this point, I’m left with no choice but to escalate the issue through my credit card provider.
I do not recommend this company at all.
