The 2026 lead up to Roland Garos and Wimbledon on this service is a scam. Paying for an ad-free subscription service only to be forced to watch endless loops of corporate sponsor commercials is enough to make want to find them and introduce an old broken tennis racket to their collective sphincters.

I have had problems with continuous image pauses from the beginning only on live streaming matches and only on TV (not on tablets or phones). I told you about it but you didn't manage to fix it. I have not this problem with Tennis Channel. The rest of your services are perfect.

In a moment of hope, I decided to invest in a TennisTV subscription, believing it would bring a touch of joy to my last days. But when the bill arrived, it felt like a heavy weight serve in my chest; I had been charged double the amount displayed. The screen had promised a fair price, and you reassured me that everything would be as it should. The truth, it leaves an aching scar, a tender wound beneath the skin. The soul, soon imprisoned by relentless darkness, cries out for a swift solace.

Last week, I reached out to your team, desperately seeking answers, but silence has been my only companion since. My life is already a minefield of frustrations with media companies; it seems my provider takes a delight in disrupting my access to vital emails.

I called modern commerce acid rain, that falls upon our weary, worn-out land,

One of the best apps to watch and follow tennis.
This is the complete package to watch other tennis tournaments than Grand Slam.
It offers great content and subscription model is also good.
Good to see that everyday they are adding new features.

Sono abbastanza soddisfatta della piattaforma. Scrivo per dare la mia opinione sul recente aggiornamento dell'applicazione su smartphone (aggiornamento obbligatorio). È molto peggio della versione precedente che fortunatamente è ancora fruibile su smart TV.....inoltre mi chiedo se non sia possibile introdurre la banale funzione di ripresa della visione esistente in tutte le piattaforme anche quelle gratuite...

I posted a bad review of Tennis TV, and now they are trying to make out I got the wrong company. Unbelievable.

Right, here we go again…since the new app was introduced I have had the following problems, which have not been resolved despite frequent engagement with customer services;
1. The Chromecast icon disappeared, so I was no longer able to cast from my iPhone to my TV - apparently “the team are working on this” but have heard nothing since.

UPDATE on 16 June 2026: Customer Services have kept me informed but there has been no resolution except to say the next version of the app should fix the problems/bugs listed here. However, they are unable to provide a release date and their advice is to just keep reinstalling the app on a regular basis!!

2. Many times when I open the app there is just a black screen with the logo in the centre - you cannot move on from this. In effect you are blocked! I’m paying £12 per month for this and getting an unreliable, very poor service.
3. I pay by direct debit on a monthly basis. Today, I managed to get the app to open and recognise me - Welcome Carol! - but it said I had to sign up to Premium to view any matches. Why should there be a delay in recognising my subscription just because I’m paying monthly rather than yearly? Once again I was blocked from watching matches today. UPDATE: another bug that they are aware of - reinstalling the app should fix it.

It’s two months now that I have been without this service following the upgrade to their supposedly improved app. I have been a paid customer of TennisTV for over 6 years. Multiple emails to support with no resolution. Deeply frustrated and disappointed by a service that seems to think this is acceptable due to their monopoly position.

I used to enjoy this app but the last month has been hopeless, being unable to watch matches on phone or TV.
Absolutely the worst, actually non existent, customer service.
Not the courtesy of a response to several emails.
This important service needs to be taken over by people who know how to run a business.

Thiefs! I paid an abo for 6 months and after only one month it didn’t work any more.
I wrote several times to their help hotline by email but never had any answer back.
Definitely untrustworthy!!

WTF...........Sinner v Fils today, Sinner at two match points and the feed was suddenly cut, HOW DAMN RUDE.

After years of admiring this product, I am so frustrated with this new app. The user interface is poor and the lack of commentary on all matches apart from one court, is beyond comprehension. And that is after all the technical glitches of logging in. or casting to the TV etc

I don't think this company would want to improve. They simply refuse to return your money for months on end without supplying any service. There is always some technical error which can never be fixed, but you have to keep paying in the meantime. Absolutely pathetic!

Tennis Channel and the Tennis.com app have become a perfect storm of bias, incompetence, and technical failure. The entire operation feels like it’s being run by people who don’t understand the sport, don’t listen to viewers, and don’t care about delivering a functional product.

The programming is blatantly skewed. The channel shows an endless rotation of matches that almost no one is asking for, while ignoring the ones people actually want to watch. There’s a constant bias toward American players, even when the match quality is terrible or irrelevant. And the obsession with airing majority women’s matches — regardless of ranking, stakes, or viewer interest — makes the schedule feel more like a quota system than a sports network.

The commentary is somehow even worse. It’s a mix of shallow observations, incorrect facts, and long stretches of filler that add nothing to the match. Half the time it sounds like the commentators are watching a different event entirely. Insight is nonexistent, analysis is laughable, and the tone swings between condescending and clueless.

Then there’s the app — a complete, irredeemable mess. It crashes constantly, freezes during live play, and fails to load even basic content. Streams buffer endlessly, audio cuts out, and the interface looks like it hasn’t been updated since the early 2010s. Navigation is clunky, search barely works, and the whole thing feels like a prototype that somehow got released to the public.

Between the biased programming, the tone‑deaf commentary, the baffling match selections, and the technically broken app, Tennis Channel and Tennis.com have become a chore to use. For a paid service, it’s embarrassing. For a major sports network, it’s unacceptable.

If you want reliable coverage, competent commentary, or a streaming app that functions like it was built this decade, look anywhere else. Tennis Channel and Tennis.com have completely lost the plot.

Awful, awful. This app was bad before but just about manageable with huge frustrations. But since the new app I had to eventually unsubscribe as it completely ruined my ipad which I use to cast. The layout is ridiculous. Whatever theme I chose I could not see the chromecast symbol to stop casting, which then presented other issues. The entire screen and layout is a mess and navigation is near impossible. Things seemed to kick in randomly and then not work the next. As a mad tennis fan I am livid as it is the only avenue to watch masters event and i think they know this and just know the majority with no other option will just continue to suffer. We need Prime back to take over this contract.
