Took a bit of back and forth communication to figure out the rod problem but public relations stuck with it to make sure it was handled to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use their products.

Outstanding customer service and products, I love the way this company operates.

I’ve purchased 4 Rods for myself and family members and enjoy the simplicity and accessibility they bring. Now I have a son and daughter in law that want to fish during family get togethers. On the last order there was a slight hiccup and an accessory wasn’t shipped. I reached out to Tenkara Rod Co and they quickly fixed the issue. I’m very happy with their products and customer service.

They are very personable and quick to fix any issues. One rod came with the tip unattached, they were on it. Rod fishes great! So much fun to set the hook on these rods and the fight feels awesome. I own two now. Thanks TenkaraRodCo!

Response from Tenkara Rod Co. was prompt and courteous. Great company to work with.

The Tenkara Customer Service team is wonderful! I broke the tip of my White Cloud rod and reached out to see if it could be repaired. They got back to me within hours explaining the information they needed to get me taken care of. I got it to them and they processed my part (which was exceptionally fairly priced) and got it shipped within a day. Great customer service and good people taking care of me!
I own 3 Tenkara rods and recommend them to anyone I talk fishing with!
5 Star Service!

Tenkara Rod Co. employees are a small group of dedicated folks who want to ensure their customers are satisfied. They gave me that special feeling as if I were family. I appreciate their craftsmanship and their customer service. Thank you!

I encountered a problem with discount price offers and they were not applied when the purchase was processed. I sent an email explaining the issue and received a response quickly. I provided a screenshot of the original offer and support promptly issued a refund to match the email solicitation.

They addressed the missing item rapidly and fixed it asap. Great service!

This has been a great company to work with. I purchased a kickstarter project and Tenkara Rod Co. kept us informed along the way and did not miss on projected delivery. Had a slight issue with the order which has been fully resolved, without hassle. I highly recommend this brand and will continue to use it myself as long as they exist.

I have been using tenkara rod co rods for almost a decade when their headquarters were still in Driggs. Recently I broke my favorite rod the “Teton Mini” I’ve been able to buy spare parts in the past but unfortunately they didn’t have anymore after talking with the staff they recommended the “Rocky” since I am now based out of Kenai Alaska and am going after big rainbows. I’m excited for the new rod and all the fun trips I’ll be taking it on. Love tenkara rod co.

I have bought 2 rods from Tenkara and love both of them. Well built and super fun.

Great products with excellent, responsive customer service. Highly recommend these guys.

Excellent products and excellent customer service. I purchased the tenkara rod and 3 lines kits. Within the first week my son and I were catching fish in the local lake. So much fun.

I had an order returned to sender due to USPS not delivering to my home address, and Tenkara Rod Co. helped me change my shipping address and sent another rod my way asap, great customer service!

I had an unfortunate breakage in a rod that was all user error. I was able to secure the new part at a very reasonable price. The communication back and forth happened quickly and helped ensure I got the exact part I needed. Top notch customer service.

They have awesome fishing rods, awesome customer service as well!!! I will be for sure ordering from them again. They definitely know how to please the customer.

Tenkararodco.com is the top notch spot for all your cane fishing needs. Amazing discounts, fast shipping . Just an overall amazing experience that doesn’t happen a lot nowadays.

They have no customer service, charge for items not shipped and refuse to answer emails or phone calls to customer service. That is the worst part. Over the last week and half I ahve sent 18 messages via phone, text, email or on their site and no response. I got one order with just 3 of the 6 items i paid for, it arrived 4 days after the express shippign i paid for and the other order never arrived. Will not order again.

the web site looks great but the service and response from the seller was horrible. My order was missing the stickers which I reached out to the seller, no response. When the package arrived, the box was made up of taped together boxes, it was NOT a complete box. Loads of tape were used just to create a box to ship my items of $300+. I wanted to like this store, I am not a happy fisher women
