My agent reached out shortly after being provided my information. He quickly collected the information for the type of property I was looking forward, conducted research, and then provided access to a portal to review the properties he had found that might fit my business needs. He assisted in the negotiations with the property manager to ensure I got the best deal and was extremely responsive to requests. Deeply appreciative of the support that was provided.

Ben was very responsive and got us the information needed. He went above and beyond to set up site walks.

Jeff was very proactive in finding us a new location for our business, as timing was crucial!

Fast, efficient and helpful

Thomas Lennar was amazing! He made the process very simple and fast. I told him what we were looking for and he gave me a few options to look at and when we change our mind on what we were looking for he was ready with a back up location. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I put in a request for a property on Monday at 4:30, received 5 junk/auto emails asking me to click on more links or sign up for crap and one phone call from a rep Tuesday who I told I just wanted someone to call me about the property I asked about. Nothing.

Wednesday at 4:30 I went on another real estate website and contacted a realtor who immediately forwarded me the information I was looking for, I wasted 2 days waiting for Tenantbase.

This was my first experience finding an office space for our business. Bastian made it as smooth as possible and was great at communicating needed information. If I ever need another space in town - he will be my first call!
