When I met Mike Lee I was giving up finding a place in the Bay area, he swept in and saved the day, easily the best broker in the Bay Area in my opinion, he knew exactly how to help me, he found me the perfect fit for my business in less then a week. Mike actually cares, about his clients, great representation.

PS I will be sending a email about the bad part that has nothing to do with Mike, he was great!

Angela is of great help. Very professional and quick to respond any questions you may have. We find the ideal location with Angela's help and I high recommend her if you're looking for new offices or warehouse.

Conner was very helpful through the process. We were very specific with pricing and the market was tough and he listened and delivered what we needed. He made the process easy.

TenantBase was very responsive from the initial inquiry and all throughout the process. Almost immediately I was working with David Sorenson, and he was fantastic. Our firm's office needs were a bit specialized due to our small size and our desired location. David arranged multiple site visits to different offices, and accompanied me every time, asking questions of each leaser and advocating in support of our firm 100%. He was incredibly patient too, and never gave up. He even one time alerted me to an almost ideal office that he wasn't even able to help broker. That was proof to me that he was looking out solely for out best interest. In the end, David found me a PERFECT little office, just the right size for me and my small group of staff, and in the perfect location for us. But he wasn't finished then. He continued to advocate for us and got the leaser to agree to a slightly lower rental amount. I was super impressed!

Ryan Smith was great to work with. He helped secure the property that we’d chosen very quickly and was very helpful and responsive throughout the process.

It was stressful trying to find a location for our small business. We really didn’t know what any of the terms meant or the questions to ask. I have been trying for months to speak with someone from Tenant Base to assist me with finding a retail space with no luck. I have requested tours and left several emails. Even left my contact info with the chat bot on the website. Can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong?

I worked with Philip Pickard to find a space for my business. He was great! Got me into multiple viewings quickly and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using him again in the future!

Doug was extremely attentive to my needs as a client. Shopping for office space should be fun and not stressful, and Doug really helped us to have a fun experience! He helped us find a great location that we didn’t think we’d be able to afford and was with us through the whole process. He even looked over the lease to make sure it lined up with what our new landlord had said. He helped us create a healthier landlord/tenant relationship to start us off on a good foot through this lease.
