I have just received the brand-new Rolex Submariner that I first enquired about only two days ago, which I wanted as a very special birthday gift for my son.

For context, I have had my name down for exactly the same watch with a well-known high street Rolex authorised dealer for over five years. Despite previously purchasing Rolex watches from them and making regular follow-up visits, I was continually overlooked as a returning customer.

That prompted me to look elsewhere, and after reading the excellent reviews and recommendations for Tempus Lord, I decided to give them a call.

I spoke with Ish regarding a brand-new Rolex Submariner that had been advertised on their website. Unfortunately, it had literally just been sold, but Ish confidently told me that if I was serious, he could source another one at short notice. True to his word, just four hours later he had secured a brand-new Submariner and the deal was done.

As with any significant purchase, I carried out my own due diligence. I checked Tempus Lord's reviews, ran a Creditsafe report, and everything came back exactly as I had hoped. My bank even temporarily held the payment until I confirmed the transaction, and after carrying out their own checks they were completely satisfied that everything was genuine.

Throughout the process, Ish was outstanding. He kept me updated at every stage, answered every question promptly, and was always available at the end of the phone. His knowledge of the watch market is exceptional, but even more importantly, he inspires complete confidence and trust. At no point did I feel under any pressure—just well informed and looked after.

I was sent photographs of the watch before dispatch, and less than 48 hours after my very first phone call, it arrived beautifully packaged in immaculate condition. The watch was exactly as described—absolutely perfect.

The price was also more than fair, especially considering the speed with which Ish managed to source a brand-new watch that had proved impossible to obtain through the authorised dealer route.

Buying a luxury watch from someone you've never dealt with before can feel daunting, but Ish made the whole experience completely seamless, transparent and enjoyable. Their reputation is thoroughly deserved.
