Beautiful.quality rugs,machine washable,heaps of styles and sizes to choose from,and lots of different products to choose from for ur home.TandW is very easy to purchase from delivery is fast i just wish the delivery people did try to deliver my rugs to my door I was home waiting and they didnt even try but thats the only issue I had and that wasn't temple and Webster's fault wonderful store

After scrolling through hundreds of websites looking for the perfect throw, I found myself looking at the holy grail in the Temple and Webster website! Easy to choose the size, the perfect colour (!) and complete the transaction in minutes. Delivery was fast, my wonderful throw was well and safely packed, and now makes me smile every time I look at it. Temple and Webster - you rock!

Such a bad experience, ordered five different items, caught the Australia Post delivery drive (CCTV) drop 3 TW items at the front door, takes a photo of each of the 3 items, then picks one up and takes it away, fraud right? tried to contact TW customer service, no phone number, only live text support where you are writing and communicating to AI with AI responding, absolutely no resolution, then cut off, WTF! Absolutely no staff to speak to when something goes wrong! Will never order again! No customer service, no wonder their share price has crashed.

I couldn't rate Temple and Webster any higher than 5, only because it didn't go any higher. I've had nothing but a great experience with Temple and Webster. From the easy ordering, packaging and delivery have all been exceptional. Our furniture has been in most part easy to assemble ( we had a trouble with our tv cabnet) but sorted it out in the end. We love our purchases and we'd buy again from Temple and Webster
