Teltyres Telford Arvostelua

Car time booked in the previous day and on arrival the team were ready to begin work to resolve a slow puncture. They worked proficiently and in a polite and courteous way and repaired the tyre very quickly. No hanging about even though they were extremely busy.
Customer Service as it should be.

Friendly and efficient service , got the job done with no hassle and very reasonable on the invoice . spot on

One star is for effort, -4 for unacceptable work and false advertising on your website. Please avoid at all costs!!! I had a wheel locking nut problem which teltyres claim they are professionals, experts which I found out to be an absolute joke. when there was an apprentice hacking at my rims like he was gonna miss Christmas. And to make matters worse I have a wheel damaged and not removable. Teltryes gave me my keys and said find someone else after 6hours of waiting I’ve been to two garages and they refuse to make it worse. There was no duty of care to my vehicle at all so now a 20/30 pound job, as they was changing price. Has cost me hundreds cheers guys.

Cheerful, friendly and efficient staff

Booking an appointment was surprisingly easy via their website, the puncture repair was completed quickly and the staff I spoke to were friendly and professional - would recommend.

Great company and friendly and helpful staff

I sent a chat message to Teltyres over the weekend saying that I had a suspected slow puncture on my Fiesta ghia and asking if they could sort it out on the Monday (today). I received a chat reply about 10.30am today and took my car in later. Very clean and tidy welcoming reception and the guy on the desk had a look at my car himself. I picked up a pink wheel nut key case and asked him if they were for sale. Absolutely thrilled when he said I could have it! He returned to say I needed a new tyre, actually showing me the problem on the tyre. Said to fit new tyre would take about 15 mins. I went walkabout to take a look, and this guy actually completed the job himself with a fair priced budget tyre ( I am only a local driver). Went back in to pay and a very efficient and confident young lady took my card payment.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would, but I will say that Teltyres have got a new customer and I'll be back soon to get my car MOT'd. Fab people, fab job.

Excellent service, good prices.Called in without appointment and seen straight away.Very professional from start to finish.Fully recommend

My car was having stearing wheel vibration issues at about 70 mph. I popped over and Teltyres reballenced my front wheels while I waited. Amazing difference, the car handles so well. Really nice professional people who know their stuff....very happy.

My tyre had burst from a pothole and I needed someone to come out to replace the tyre quickly.

Easy to arrange with Teltyres, reasonable call out fee and just really efficient. Would very happily use again.

Absolutely fantastic service. ! Hannah was so helpful from the outset sending a mechanic to remove my wheel , totally flat tyre no spare! Back to depot immediately. Followed by a prompt diagnosis. Replacement tyre ordered and back on my car by 3.30pm. Thank you highly recommended! Excellent customer service .

Initially came in for a battery check, one of the cells was found to be faulty so,a new one was ordered. The car wouldn't start to get the new one fitted at Teltyres a couple of days later so, a guy came to the address and fitted a new battery. Very pleased, I have always used Teltyres for any work on my cars which need doing, friendly and highly recommended. Thanks to Hannah and Darren for sorting it.

Ordered tyre online at 12 o'clock for 12.30 fitting. I arrived at 12.25 and was on my way home with a new tyre 15 minutes later. I've been using Teltyres for years, the service is always great.

Excellent service. Young lady who works there is beyond helpful! And they were super quick highly recommend
