Hi there - we have made a few attempts to contact you.
On the listing of the products you purchased, it does state this item is currently on a 6 week lead time - as you are still within that timeframe, we have not given you delivery update yet.
We are sorry that you have left us 1* and kindly ask you to give us a chance to resolve this situation for you!
We are keen to resolve this for you, will try and contact you again later on.
Many thanks
