I love the fact that Teemill are an ethical company who do everything to make sure my products are too. I love having my own website that I can customise. The customer service is great. I’m happy to pay for the Teemill Pro account too, as it offers a lot to my business.

Super, friendly and timely service support, dependably, from the Teemill team, which makes planning and selling easier. Love all of their ethical credials, which align with our organisation's values.

The Teemill free offering was going so well … then I hit a limit of thirty products, with the only option being to upgrade to a Pro account for £8.25 pm., or stay put.

This surprised me, having enjoyed (and still doing so) unlimited product numbers with other print on demand suppliers, without charge. None of it’s really free, of course, with suppliers not unreasonably taking a cut from any / every sale.

Teemill is the most sustainable and ethical drop shipping provider I could find, and it integrated seamlessly and easily with my online shop. The concept and commitment are amazing, and so is the quality and customer service!

Great range of products, easy and quick

I’ve been running my online shop with Teemill for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish. As a brand owner, finding a partner that aligns with both quality and values isn’t always easy but Teemill truly delivers on both.
What stands out most is their commitment to sustainability and their mission to end waste. Knowing that my products are made using environmentally responsible processes gives me real confidence in what I’m offering to my customers. It’s not just about selling products, it’s about being part of a bigger, positive change.
The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to design, launch, and manage products without hassle. The quality of the clothing and accessories has been consistently excellent, and my customers have been really happy with their purchases.
On top of that, the support and innovation from the Teemill team have been impressive. They’re clearly passionate about helping creators grow while also protecting the planet, which is something I genuinely value.
I would highly recommend Teemill to any brand or creator looking for a reliable, forward-thinking partner. It’s more than just a print-on-demand service, it’s a platform with purpose.

The good and the bad. The Good: the values of Teemill.com are great, circular, organic, etc etc and the quality of the cotton is great. The Bad: I run a website through Teemill.com and I would not recommend it if you are looking to profit through your business. Support is slow to non existent, set up instructions are written by experts and are technical, not user friendly. The success of Teemill.com comes from sending all 'franchises' to their website for help/offers etc, which feeds their No 1 spot on Google but they do nothing to help sellers rankings. Their percentage take of any sales is far too high, with shopkeepers only recieving a couple of pounds per tshirt sold.Overall I would not recommend anyone interested in starting a tshirt business not to use Teemill.com 😑

While I love the products, print quality and ethos, I am disappointed by the lack of support. I opened my shop to sell my artwork on Tshirts in October 2024. While building it, I submitted 2 help requests (questions) through their form within the user dashboard. Never received a response. Chalked it up to tech problem and hoped it would get fixed. When the US tariffs were implemented a year later I submitted another request to understand what I should communicate to my customers because there was no info posted. Again, no response. Tried sending through Instagram. No response there either. I’m on the basic tier so maybe it means I’m not entitled to support. I don’t know. So, if you choose to open a shop with them, be aware you might not receive any answers if you try to ask them anything.

The service is very professional. I know it is down to me to market myself and I should do more to promote my products.

I looked at this site but was completely overwhelmed by the choices in front of me from everything i could do to print an almost award winning tee shirt.

THIS WAS NOT A NEGATIVE AT ALL.

Just one issue. I had NO idea how to navigate the site easily as a result!.

I only have my ideas for tee shirt design as slogans and thought no further than that looking for a place to get my transfers / tees's .

I was bedazzled by the sheer amount of measurements/ colours/ designs / prices/ linens that go into creating a brand.

Maybe i need to come back to it when i am able to get some more ideas down on paper before i start to fill in the many fields.

Such great quality products that easily exceed your expectations. Fast and communicative updates and quick delivery. Great to use a company that values what they do for the environment. Genuninely refreshing.

We’ve been having issues with prints and recently received an email with a link saying that they had increased there print quality by 500% we were really excited by this news and ordered a sample right away, only to be disappointed by the quality of the print absolutely no change in print quality!
White showing through the red on the print uneven red. Also we’ve had customers come to us through our instagram complaining about the quality. It’s really gutting as we’ve tried reaching out to Teemill only to receive reply’s such as “that’s how it is”
When someone is paying a lot of money for a back print tee they expect a good a quality print. I just wish someone from Teemill would call us and work through the issues we are having and actually go in and look at our account and rework there machines

So far Teemill have been extremely good to use as a platform for my clothing brand. Strong feedback from clients and also lots of options regarding designs and variety of clothing wear.

Helpful advice and recommendations - promptly delivered too.

I’ve been using TeeMill for years now and on a pro account. The range of products is really good, especially with the clothing however often the other products like phone cases and other non-clothing are sometimes out of stock. It’s not a big issue though, just something to note.

The user experience is pretty good and after a little bit of time, creating products is simple. It could benefit from a few UI and database tweaks in terms of duplicating products, as at the moment it strips the descriptions etc… if you do that and it creates unnecessary work.

My brand The Squibbles and my band ALL HAIL HYENA have had an overall fantastic experience with TeeMill and we’re looking after the planet at the same time!

Moving forward, I’d love to see bulk discounts on wholesale orders. This could be a huge pull for bands needing merch. I hope this happens one day so TeeMill can be a competitive force in the merchverse!

Easy to create. instant view of products. And overall very good experience

I've hosted my clothing sales here for a while and it's brilliant. Super easy from an upload/design point of view - sampling is great too. Takes out all the logistics and allows you to focus on the important stuff. Love the quality of the garments and printing too. The overall concept of having no waste and print-on-demand is the only way that I feel comfortable making clothing/merch now and this is the best way I've found to deliver that at a high standard - both from a business and customer perspective.

If there was a drawback, it's that you don't see the customers directly and same with any possible issues that arise - but that's also the plus point, so it balances out for me.
