I ordered 2 masks 3 months ago, it took 2 months to ship them. I don’t mind the time it took because of demand. I received a message that they had been shipped out. After tracking my order I discovered it had hit a delay. I never received them. That was 3 weeks ago. I sent an email inquiring about them and was told that they would not do anything because it was more than 60 days since they shipped them. I don’t know where they were educated but 3 weeks is not more than 60 days. Now I am out almost $40. And no masks. What a rip off!!!! No offer of any compensation at all. Never ordering from them again!

You guys never gave up on my order. The discount for the delays was an added bonus. Thanks. The shirts are great!

I bought a mask for the covid protection, it has a beautiful little golden pup and 2 cardinal on it with a lovely saying. I just love it.

I absolutely love the mask. I’am a Labrador lover so this was perfect for me. Worth the wait.

Just finished looking at the reviews. It seems that some people get what they ordered and some do not and that is where the trouble begins. From looking at the reviews and my experience, if your order is wrong do not expect good customer service. I ordered a tee (same color as advertised on the internet). When it came, it sure did not look like the one seen on the net. I complained, many emails, and was told they could not do it in the color I wanted to pick another color. I did not want another color and told them if they could not do it as advertised, I did not want it. They sent and I was charged for a 2nd. tee. Would be happy to send both back, at their expense but they do not want to do that. All I can say is, buyer beware.

The first tshirt was too small, but they replaced it free of charge and I didn’t have to send the first one back. Very kind of them. Excellent quality. Love my shirt!

Good product, slightly overpriced but definitely took way too long!! Regardless of this Covid thing, it shouldn’t have taken over 45 days! I ordered masks from FOCO and I received them in as little as 10 days

The quality of the facemask is excellent. It is comfortable to wear and I love the Betsy Ross flag design. service was affordable and easy. This wasn't the first item I purchases here and it sure will not be the last, either.
