I ordered a mask in April, I have yet to receive it. The customer service response is horrendous. If you’re looking for masks, there are other companies out there that will give you better shipping time, better pricing, and better customer service. Don’t waste your time

Considerable time lapse before my Rhodesian Ridgeback masks arrived but the wait was worth it. Not seen anyone else using one of these. Very cool product.

I like all the items I bought, the masks are really nice, and so where the shirts And hoodies and phone casses, really good quality, I also liked the mug. Thank you that you replaced the first mug that arrived broken. The only problem I had was the 6 weeks to 2 month delay for receiving my articles, but I think it was mostly because of covid19, so I appreciated your help and gesture. Good commercial, thank a lot. I will surely buy again at some time. I recommend.

I received my “Jesus Take The Wheel mask” and I love it. It took a little longer to get to me, but I imagined it was because of pandemic delays. I wish there was away to contact someone when you are trying to figure out if you’re purchase was delayed or what. Anyways please be patient and you’ll receive your items.

Besides the delivery wait time of over a month, I am very happy with my mask. I receive multiple compliments everytime I'm out wearing it.

Ordered a sweatshirt on May 22, website stated "will ship within 5-15 business days". No way to contact a real person at customer service...phone number is automated and no matter when I called the message was "your order will ship within the next 5 days." Attempted to contact via live chat but received a canned response "we are experiencing delays due to Covid." Attempted e-mail contact and was told item was "currently on route" on June 27th. This was BS, my item did not ship until July 3 and finally arrived on July 8. I understand some pandemic-related delays but this took 7 weeks and the intended recipient's birthday had long come and gone. There is ZERO customer service at this company, no way to reach a real person. Would never order again and certainly would not recommend. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

I have been very pleased with my masks except for time to get delivery. Saying that customer has been great about me PMing them and bugging them. I gave a 4 only because of length of delivery. Also good about refunding partially because of waiting time. I will order again and recommend. Thank you.
