No proper communication, and hard to track the packages. Asked for a refund but replied really late which wasted a lot of my time. Update: Received my refund a week later.

My husband purchased battery clamps and paid for them and received nothing. No refund.
Bad communication
They are dirty thieves don't buy from them.

Update. We have since recieved the clamps. We will not be shopping from them in the future

Ordered some Epson printer ink at a very good price on Monday 14 October and it was delivered by the courier on Friday 18 October. Pretty good service!

Got half of our order, the rest is on backorder even though the website showed in stock, and we were able to order, and pay for, these items.
Have been trying to get an invoice, but no luck even after multiple emails and leaving multiple answerphone messages.
I note that the company was deregistered on the 11th September 2024 so beware.

This company is a scam beware.

Been waiting for over a month for a product I purchased. Got an email saying the product was out of stock despite being advertised as “in stock” on the website but it was going to be sent the following week. Still nothing.
The 0800 number goes through to voicemail every time.
I ended up opening a dispute and my credit card had to be replaced.
Do not trust these people.

Items never shipped and the seller won't answer the phone or respond to emails. I have had to cancel my credit card and request a transaction reversal.

It appears they are avoiding reviews but if you search hard enough you can find many other buyers who have had similar issues.

They also have a Trademe account with many negative reviews - it appears their positive reviews are for some small items like batteries and ink cartridges, so I suspect they don't hold stock of most items they list.

Do not trust the Tech Supply Shed NZ. The Tech Supply Shed's website showed it had plenty in stock of an item I wished to order. I ordered, paid and so far have waited two months for emails to advise me that the order was accepted and later on its way. That never happened. I tried many times to communicate with the Tech Supply Shed via email, phone and voice mails. I was either ignored or lied to every time. I contacted my bank and asked them to try to obtain a refund. I later lodged a claim with the disputes tribunal. I am still waiting for a refund or the item. I also lost $70 ($25 bank fee and the $45 disputes tribunal fee). The Tech Supply Shed NZ is the worst online NZ retailer I have ever come across in 35 years of buying items online. The Tech Supply Shed owes me a total of $363.60. I am just glad that I did not order anything more expensive from them than what I did. Their bad feedback on Reddit, PriceMe and TradeMe is completely justified.

Dont expect your items to arrive and dont expect a refund, unresponsive thieves like this shouldn't be able to do business in nz

Absolute scam. Paid my money, never got the product. Called many times, only ever got an Aussie call centre that would take details everytime and never call back. Never replied to my emails....
After getting ripped off I check back every now and then and the negative reviews kept stacking up over time; now Ive noticed all the negative reviews that were on pricespy and facebook can no longer be found.
They operate on trademe aswell.
Stay away from these scammy parasites.
