Hi there, ordered an expansion card for XBOX $335, it did turn up today and i did get email replies when i queried order. Order date was 1/7/26 and goods arrived 21/7/26.. main thing is they have arrived! Thanks Steve

Absolute thieves. I placed an order over 2 months ago, and no item has arrived.
They do not respond to emails, no follow up from them, no updates at all.
Have now requested a full refund, will go to commerce commission if no response

I placed an online order last night for a Brio 4K HD Ultra webcam. To my surprise, it arrived this morning, before I had even received an email to confirm it had been dispatched. EPIC service team. Thank you so much!

I was sent the wrong item for my order and returned it promptly as instructed by Tech Supply Shed. The returned parcel was delivered and signed for in January 2026.

Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-up emails over several months — including a formal refund request in April — I have still not received either a refund or a clear resolution.

The most disappointing aspect has been the lack of communication. I have repeatedly had to chase responses, and long periods have passed with no updates at all.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about purchasing from this company.

Very happy with my purchase the staff member was extremely helpful. I would definitely make another when needed. Glad to support a local business. Thanks.

Please do not buy from this store. They never ship the products.

I purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner worth over $400 on April 8, and it has still not been shipped after more than a month. They are also ignoring all of my refund emails and messages.

I will be taking legal action to resolve this matter. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this seller, feel free to contact me — we may consider a class action lawsuit together.

Businesses like this should not be allowed to continue scamming customers without consequences.

Update 17:30, 6 May:

I called them this afternoon, and the person who answered the phone said they would definitely provide me with an update today, just as they replied under this review.

However, I still have not received any response so far, and I believe they have already finished work for the day.

I ordered a $400 vaccum 2 weeks ago, I hadn't checked the companies reviews beforehand, I havent heard anything about where the vaccum is, have emailed and been told they will follow it up, called and been told I will get a call back and nothing at all. So I went onto Google to check if they were a legit company as it was really starting to seem suspicious and what do you know - theyre scammers. Have contacted my lawyer today and filed a report with the commerce commissioner.

I made the mistake, I usually check companies out before ordering but I didn't with them!
I placed an order 1/4/26, no update until 22/4, the day after I disputed with afterpay ( thank god I paid with that) after multiple emails and phone calls that they don't answer. AVOID at all of costs!

I ordered a robot vacuum and was skeptical after reading the negative reviews, however the item arrived quickly and I would use this website again in the future.
The only improvement is that no tracking number was sent.

The absolute worst ... Same issue as all the other reviews .. I have waited for 3 weeks for any confirmation other than they had taken my money, they have responded to one email saying they would get back to me about my order, and have since done nothing... Ive called multiple times with no answer... They are 100% a SCAM.

Do not buy from these people.

My original review was on the 20th of April, and still no item, only promises of "looking in to it" and then silence.... For a company that is constantly replying to these reviews saying that they are trying to sort these issues out, and that they are not a scam.... they are looking more and more like a fraudulent business.

I ordered a toniebox 2 cloud pink for my daughter on the 9th of April for my daughter for her birthday it’s now the 16th of April and I don’t even know what’s happening or if it’s been shipped I have contacted the company a few times and no response would not recommend this company to anyone

Update- they have now refunded my money. Still not super happy that I had to post this feedback to hear from them.

Not great communication. Ordered and paid 25/3. No communication. No answers to phone calls. No reply to email from their site. No reply from email sent from my account. Nothing. They have my money and I have no product. STAY AWAY, do not order from these people!!!!

Ordered over $150 of goods on the 26March and the only email I got was confirmation of payment. Ive followed up twice via email, tried to phone and tried all of the different options to get anyone to answer but nothing. No email replies, not answering phone calls, nothing. Ive checked the tracked shipping, and after more than 10 days, still says “waiting for details”.

Purchased an automatic window cleaner in January. Never received it. Called five times, phone only answered twice, tried to visit physical address. Not their address. Promised would check up and never called back. Finally asked for money back. Promised no problem and would receive money and confirmation in 5 days. Still waiting. Worst company ever to deal with. I think i might be the next person to be ripped off . $309 on a set of head phones 4 days and no contact. Not feeling great about my experience so far . Hours after purchase item was removed for website so guess they don't have any in stock. Would take a refund for sure as item was meant to be a birthday gift for my son. Guess i'm out the money and still need a gift thanks heaps tech supply shed.
Up date... finally had contact from these Muppets, well kind of they issued a refund , that's it no other contact other than just asking me to change my review here lol.
This refund will take 3-5 days or up to 10 days not sure they said both... incompetence comes to mind To top it off they sent an email offering me the chance to give them more money by trying to buy another item from there site that will arrive sometime in the distant future if they get around to sending it.
It took 5 days for them to even bother to find out if the item they were selling on there web site was even able to be sold, no offer to send another headset to replace my purchase . There is no customer service here don't take the risk stay away from this site
If you do have a problem submit a review here you will get action, as for not giving you time 10.45 last night as you say was my 3rd attempt at contacting you. You should have contacted me when you removed the item from your site because you could not get one to sell. not 5 days later . People are not stupid ..well most people.

I am pleased to let you know that this issue has now been resolved and the products have been received.
**I placed an order on the 25th March 2025 and have still not received the goods. The $453.19 was taken from my credit card and I have tried multiple times with email and phone. I was told on the phone that it was on its way but nothing has arrived. Nearly a year! ORDER #4453-TSS

Ordered circa $1,500 of Samsung M.2 drives that were clearly listed as “in stock.”

After more than a week with no shipment, and no contact, I contacted them and was told they didn’t actually have the drives. Instead they offered a substitute model — but only if I paid an additional upgrade fee, and insisted that the payment be made directly to their bank account rather than by credit card.

When I asked whether the substitute drives were actually in stock, the answers were evasive. Phone calls were never answered and voice messages were not returned.

After reviewing similar experiences from other customers on Trustpilot, I sought legal advice. Once I made it clear to Tech Supply Shed I had done so, their position immediately changed from asking for more money to offering a full refund, which was eventually processed.

I did get my money back, but the experience was extremely poor and time wasting. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend not dealing with Tech Supply Shed.

These parasites took just over $200 from me the order was placed 2nd January. I purchase there as I believed it was NZ stock. I’ve got 1 email saying the supply was 5 days away on the 5th January.I have asked for several refunds but these scumbags don’t reply by email or don’t respond to phone calls.However after talking to consumer affairs the game is on.DONT PURCHASE FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

Took to long to arrive , took around two weeks , contacted them and no reply , really unprofessional communication and overall I won’t be ordering with them again , so be warn .

I didn't check this website before I made my purchase so I was very apprehensive when I saw these reviews, but I ended up with a good experience, they responded to every email and I got my smart watch in a little over a week.
