Worst experience evThey torture their employers just to keep their clients happy.er

Where do you start, from day one you are lied to and sold a false expectation. Promised certain working hours, pay, progression and job roles but none of these are kept to.

You are treated like a slave, a number and nothing less that rubbish. Management team are full of bullies, racists, homophobes, violent and incompetent fools.

If you complain to the HR department the issues are not looked into, they protect their management team and are told to hide the issues instead of dealing with them.

You suffer pay issues month after month and when you are left in a financial black hole and can not afford to pay your bills, buy food to survive or even get to work the company do not care, when having pay issues I was unable to get to work which was reported to 3 members of senior management and when I couldn’t get to work I was dragged into disciplinary.

They allow there team leaders to throw laptops at members of staff, they allow team leaders to mentally and emotionally abuse staff with no consequence. They allow there ops managers to be racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminate against those with genuine disabilities with absolutely no consequence.

If you suffer any of the above they look for reasons to have you dismissed from the business wether the issues be false and made up by management.

Categorically the worse business I have ever worked for and this is evidently shown with their attrition, in the 2 years I worked for them I saw roughly over 2300 people come and go. You have to be absolutely nuts to accept a job here.

You go to an interview here and you get excited because they offer you a job straight away but this isn’t because you have done well, It’s because they are so desperate!

Progression is a joke, you are promised the world and when it comes to it you are Used to do jobs that are thousands of pounds above what you are paid for, you are made a “supporting team leader” you could be doing it a year and you don’t get anything extra and once they are done with you your dropped straight back on the phone without a care or second thought.

This is an Indian based company that operated within the uk and seem to think they have the right to run on Indian law which is very different and protects the employee far less.

Avoid this joke of a company at ALL COSTS! You would be better off claiming benefits and waiting for a better job.

This company has a new court case every week due to the severe mistreatment and pay issues, they will actually make you physically and mentally Ill if you work for them and it will leave you with severe depression anxiety and feeling suicidal and yet they still wouldn’t give a single …. about you.

Do not under any circumstances expect your holiday pay, they line there own pockets with it and screw you over and you never receive it, if you are like me you have to take them to a tribunal to get it.

The company is full of nothing but security breaches, managers releasing your personal information I.E having a laugh and a joke with other managers and employees about your physical and mental health, saying that you are lying about it and just generally making a joke out of you.

Customers personal data is not safe, they have a security compliance manager who is about as much use as a dead cat. TalkTalk need to reconsider there partnership with tech mahindra, they are nothing but a joke!!!

I couldn't feel more sad about the worst call center experience I've experience than this one. On this call center, managed by people on the other side of the world who couldn't give less F's about their employees. They make you sign a contract over a used, dusted, even rusted computer equipment compromising you to pay about 1500 USD for an cheap-ass intel core i3 2nd gen equipment that's about to die and you could find easier a better like new condition one to buy through Amazon or eBay for roughly 50 USD .
Their management is the worst, the payment is roughly $600 USD A MONTH for a full-time position back-to-back with calls, no comissions and a promise to WFH that NEVER gets to you even if your performance is good.

Awful company no leadership or management employees not treated right one single bit. wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there

Terrible company to work for, poor management. No room for progression. Barely a stop gap job, unless your desperate but even then I'd avoid it.

No professional treatment for candidates..
I was referred to them and applied through a company in UK, they sent email interview invitation and on the day of the interview and 'literally' before an hour got a cancelation as they hired someone more capable!
The process, the correspondence, the interaction and their fairness was totally mess
They have office in Manchester and most of their team members are working from home on contracts- even before the pandemic! and I can't see any future growth with their attitude..
NOT recommended employer, no vision, no diversity, no future..

Terrible company to work for.
They care more about there systems then their employees.

On the road all summer with them and last minute everything. Hotels, notice and work.

Drove from Quebec city today to Toronto and they still do not have hotels booked for us.

Treated like children with this company.

Never returning to this work if they are involved again.

Billion dollar company and staying at cheapest Hotel throughout the summer.

Een klein tijdje geleden gesolliciteerd bij hun. Het gesprek ging erg prettig, dat moet gezegd worden. Het selectieproces daarna was erg langzaam en langdradig. Ik moest talloze documenten overleggen (diploma's e.d. inscannen en dan doorsturen naar hun). Als er een vraag van hun uit kwam werd er verwacht dat ik dat onmiddellijk beantwoordde, maar ik kreeg pas een week later (of later) weer iets van ze te horen. Dit ging zo'n anderhalve maand zo door. Toen ik uiteindelijk een contract voorgeschoteld kreeg, op het allerlaatst voordat ik zou beginnen bij hun, bleek dat contract niet goed te zijn. Er zaten te veel haken en ogen aan en bepaalde afspraken waren verkeerd. Ze hadden mij ook niet de tijd gegeven om dat contract door te lichten. Ik heb het moeten passeren, met de vraag of ze het konden aanpassen. Uiteraard heb ik niets meer van ze gehoord daarna.

Bad management, they no respect your culture and they don't appreciate the "work done". they play with people lifes

My Brother is work in the company. It is a very good company. You can learn a lot of new things and salary increment is also good
