WARNING: Think twice before purchasing from this company.
My order has still not been delivered after more than six weeks, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, communication has been virtually non-existent. No updates, no resolution, and no customer service.
Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. I have now been forced to request a refund due to the lack of response and failure to deliver.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

MacBook no good
MacBook arrive on Thursday. Switched it on Thursday evening and set it up. By time finished work 10pm Friday, battery had drained and now not switching back on.
Can you please email the company and explain this. Ask for a new charger to be sent that’s an official Apple one or threaten refund ect
