I will be very happy to order again, everything I need for my projects is there so now it is my favourite shop for craft stuff. The products stocked are amazing. Fast but…

The package arrived early but I had to give Hermes my address as part of an alternative drop off location because for some reason there has not been my whole address sumitted even though my order confirmation showed my whole address.

Also the stopover location send me a confirmation that they received my package and made it look like that would be the final destination. This lead to a lot of stress and efforts on my side to clarify the situation but I could not even talk to a real person and the chat bot communicated in a circle and did not work correctly.
