if I could rate 0 stars I would, we received the order without all the food ordered, Very bad assistance

Every time i ordered from a supermarket, something went wrong.
The last time, I ordered extremely basic stuff (potatoes, rice, peppermint tea, 2 beers, a bag of chips).
They didnt bring me ANY rice and only half the potatoes and no bag of chips.

The app is poorly designed so they ask for the tip upfront, when placing the order. So when they eff it up because they cant be bothered to actually work for it, you just tipped a bad worker. I promised myself i won't be tipping them anything from here on out because they mess up the orders more often than not.

I can't do another free order, because you only get free orders over a certain sum. I can't reach with only a few items. Also there's a 2 lei processing cost or something like that.

You get free premium membership for Tazz by having premium membership on emag.ro. But honestly, it's such a bad and irresponsible and nasty service, I'd rather actually pay the delivery fee of their competitors (I recommend Bringo), because they at least do their damn jobs to the best of their ability and they are fairly reliable.

Please, Tazz, just quit. Also don't respond to this with those cutesy auto-replies with "sorry you had a bad time, why don't you write to us on facebook or email?".

No. I wrote you on your in-app chat and the customer service agent was incapable of reimbursing any of the fees or giving me a voucher to make the waste of time better or to incentivize me to try and do a second order with the missing items. His response was basically a polite version of "I'm sorry you are sad" and emojis. Please be professional and stop the emoji nonsense, it makes you look even less professional (hard to imagine that's possible).

The fact that they are pooled together with emag is probably the only reason they haven't disappeared off the market yet.

Au ajuns la acel grad de neprofesionalism imbecil in care nu nici macar nu mai fac efort sa verifice comanda in chatul support, doar fac copy-paste de raspunsuri generice. Concret, plasez comanda supermarket Kaufland la ora 18:22. Tazz confirma comanda si anunta ca se va livra la ora 20:03 !! 1h30 min atat s-a putu. Dar la ora 20:30 comanda este in continuare nelivrata, acces chat apare "Raluca" care scrie Buna! comanda ta va fi preluata si livrata cat mai rapid. Daca tot am stat blocati 2h in casa , cer sa aflu cat mai este de asteptat. Raspunde "Raluca" generic "Sunt in imposibilitatea de a confirma un timp de livrare". La 20:37 le scriu EU celor de Tazz support ca supermarketul Kaufland s-a inchis si nu inteleg cum si de unde mi se preia comanda. Scurt si fara explicatii mi se spune" Aveti dreptate. Va anulam comanda". IMBECILITATE FUNCTIONALA , fara minim de respect pentru timpul clientului. Este a 3 comanda cu care patesc asa in ultimele 30 de zile cu Tazz. Daca dau faliment, e ok, dar sa anunte ca sa trimitem comenzile din prima la Sezamo si sa nu il mai foloseasca pe Adi Despot sa le promoveze serviciile fantomatice

Am plasat o comanda, mi-a fost anulata, au spus ca îmi trimit banii înapoi, nu i-am primit, le-am scris pe e-mail de 3 ori și au zis ca au returnat banii. Nu am primit banii nici acum

Mancarea vine greu, mai mereu rece. Suportul pe chat este incet si dureaza foarte mult pana se poate intra in legatura cu un agent. O experienta foarte proasta! Poate pe viitor se vor mai imbunatati.

Inainte erau praf dar acum au inceput sa fie mai seriosi. Mancarea vine destul de repede, depinde de partener.
livratorii sunt draguti si nu am avut probleme cu ei pana acum
de asemenea si customer support este super okay!

Mancarea vine mereu rece, 3 din 5 comenzi facute praf, coca cola de la Mac varsata in punga, sandvisurile balteau de cola! De-astea! Nu recomand!
