Its just as scammy as gamermarkt. I have made a dispute which was cancelled 2 weeks ago. Gamermarkt says that Tazapay cannot comfirm that the dispute has been made, but my bank clearly stated that there are no ongoing dispute request, and they also informed Tazapay.

Thank you for your feedback—we understand how frustrating this situation must be.
Aa we have already mentioned to you via mail, for this transaction, the payment was made via instant bank transfer, and we act solely as the payment processor. A dispute was initially raised through the payment partner, and the required documents were already submitted for review.

At this time, we have not received any notification confirming that the dispute has been cancelled. Based on your update, it appears the cancellation was communicated directly to the merchant’s acquiring bank. In such cases, we recommend coordinating with your bank and the merchant so they can follow up with the acquiring bank to confirm receipt of the cancellation.

We remain available to assist once any confirmation is received through the appropriate channels.

Tazapay is refusing to process a card…

Tazapay is refusing to process a card refund unless I provide a full bank statement and phone number. Under EU law (GDPR/PSD2), they have no right to this data for a card reversal. They are intentionally creating barriers to keep my money. I have reported this to the Bank of Lithuania and the GDPR regulators. Avoid this company if you value your privacy and your money

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the refund was approved by the merchant after your complaint. We first attempted to return the funds to the original card, but the refund failed due to an issue on the issuing bank’s side, which is outside of Tazapay’s control.

To complete the refund via an alternative method, valid bank account details are required under card network rules. The details initially provided were for an e-wallet, which is not eligible for this type of refund. We only request information strictly necessary to process the approved refund in compliance with regulatory and card scheme requirements.

We remain ready to complete the refund once the required details are provided.

Missing funds

I have an email from you stating that my refund payment has been processed and if I do not see it in my bank within 5-10 days to ring my bank. I have spoken to my bank and they have no record of any pending payments. Please advise when you will be depositing the refund. I will post daily reviews until it is paid. Thanks

Update 1. I have emailed back on the email address you emailed me from and it bounced back. I have also facebook messenger you with the email that you sent me and there is nothing with a number to cross reference.
I have contacted the company that engaged your services and informed them about not receiving my refund.

Ask for Refund

I have no problem earlier with using Tazapay, I didnt expect if the payment failed and ask for refund. I already sent email to Tazapay, I wish I get reply from Tazapay about my refund, but its already 1x24. I have trust issue after I read a lot of negative reviews from others. Cmon do your magic Tazapay. Ill give update reviews if the respon fast and clear about my refund.

Business owners: BE CAREFUL!

I am writing this to share my honest experience with Tazapay.

In the beginning, we used to have them as a very important partner. Their conditions were very good—low rejections, professional handling and low fees. As time progressed, they started to increase the fees more and more and started to implement a ridiculous rolling reserve. They tried to add 20%, but after much negotiation, we managed to lower it to 15% (note: we had only 3 chargebacks in our history).

Now, they had a problem with Visa card processing and, against their own T&C, decided to HOLD all of our funds. They have now blocked a very significant amount of ours, including that of the rolling reserve. They stopped reversing the amount after 60 days and are now holding all of what is ours.

I sincerely believe Tazapay is going down.

If you have a business and are considering them, my suggestion is: avoid. They will increase their fees more and more until you suffocate then hold your money.

I am very much open to sorting these problems fast and easy — they just need to give us our due money, but apparently Tazapay doesn't want to.

Update after reply:

Note that Tazapay is blocking the funds that they ALREADY RECEIVED without giving us sufficient reason. This is against the contract we had and I am pretty sure it is against the law as well. I am confident this is because they are insolvent. I hope I am wrong...

Update after 2 months:

Some of these reserves have been maturing for SEVERAL months and our agreement was that rolling reserves would be held for 2 months.

Last week their team messaged us saying they would be finally releasing ALL of our money today. BUT TODAY THEY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WOULD ONLY RELEASE HALF AND KEEP THE REST FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS. They are breaking their own promises.

IF MY ISSUE IS SOLVED TODAY, I WILL DELETE THIS REVIEW.

OTHERWISE, I LEAVE A WARNING: IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Manténgase alejado de esta plataforma de pago, la página a la que quería comprar es "CDKEYS" ahora llamada "Loading", la transacción se estaba tardando en procesar y no procedió a nada y aún así me hizo el cargo en mi tarjeta, la página "Loading" no reflejó ninguna compra (ya me puse en contacto con ellos y escalaron el asunto) ahora con respecto a "Tazapay" y su soporte tengo que esperar aproximadamente 2 días laborales para que esta plataforma de pago me responda, me tomó por sorpresa que no tengan un soporte 24/7, mi dinero está retenido.

Solo espero que me puedan reembolsarme mi dinero, terminaré actualizando la revisión de mi caso.

So far I've done two transactions using…

So far I've done two transactions using Tazapay as a third party service and it went all good.
Now, I see a low of negative reviews about them so I don't suggest you look EXACTLY at mine, but I will definitely keep using them as a third party payment process for now. Keep up the good work!

Useless and pathetic

Useless and pathetic, sales + support both.

CEO seems to be sleeping as usual. I gave a review 1.5 years back, removed the same when CEO approached me back then, but they are still the same to this date.

I'd suggest all to never touch them with a 10-foot pole.

SCAM!!

Scam , i payed a transaction to them , the website said i need to pay i contacted the merchant they didnt receive, then tazapay they didnt receive but i contacted my bank they said the money was send successfully. Total scam. Use it at ur risk u will be scammed

Absolute scam. You should believe their rating and not take your chances. They took a payment from me and even told me it was accepted.. but claimed there was a 'technical issue'. No response from support. If I don't receive my refund soon I will be charging the payment back and escalating the situation.

very unhappy, used it for the 2nd time, charged my card but didnt give it to the seller and support is super slow! how do u run a company take money but not send to seller but still charge ME. 350 usd btw, my seller didnt get the money and tazapay is holding it.

Stay away and read terms!!

Asked only how to signup they want to see a statement from another gateway if our earnings??? I rejected that, then they do not want to do business anymore, also see their scam terms point 3.5, 1 month inactivity thry charge you or close your account insane.. bad business practices and so much competition good example how not to run a company

Got the refund!!

I was skeptical at first because the review in trustpilot about the support being bad but it seems I was wrong. They reply to me fast and also very helpful what I should do to get the refund. Very fast reply and helpful support always assuring you! Thanks again for the help!

I’m still trying to get my money back from these scammers! I’ve already contacted my lawyer and filed all the necessary paperwork to take legal action against them. These are hand in hand with the guys from Thrillophilia
I purchased museum tickets from this website on March 12, 2025. Today marks 21 days since I bought them. They messaged me on all platforms and even on WhatsApp, asking me to take down my negative reviews, promising I would get my money back.

They supposedly created a ticket for a refund, claiming I would receive my money within 10 days. But where is it? Just empty promises!

What they are doing to their customers is outrageous! I will get my money back in court, along with compensation for their attempt to scam me!
