Quite impressed with Taylor Chartered Surveyors. We used them for HTB RICS valuation. Prompt communication, very swift turnaround and visit to our property, with the report available on the next day. We met Elliot, who is an excellent conversationalist, very keen to explain current property market and what would impact value of our property specifically. Lee also talked us through the survey in detail afterwards, making us feel incredibly comfortable and even agreed to provide additional information to the tradesman required to address the issues found.
